First Trust Alarm manages our HOA fire and sprinkler systems. I'm on the Board of our HOA and I am a very hard grader. I can tell you this is an A+ customer service company across every department within their organization. They are there for us when we need them. They are wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about our systems, legal requirements, and working with the local fire department. I highly recommend them to HOAs looking for premium service for their owners/community.

We recently bought a house and First Trust Alarm had installed the system. We contacted them and they came out and serviced the system and gave us a walk-through of how to use the system. We subsequently needed a heat sensor installed in our garage due to the installation of a battery system power backup and they came over, ordered the parts, and then installed it very quickly. I would definitely do business with them again.

My smoke detectors were randomly going off for no apparent reason and it was driving my dog up the wall! I called the HOA and they dispatched Bowman's First Trust who manages the fire alarm system in my community. Within minutes, I got a call back from the owner, Joe, to set an appointment (awesome!). He and Zack were able to come out the same day (even more awesome!) all the way from Hollister! They were friendly, professional, and super helpful in explaining what was happening, how to fix it, and how to reach them if it happens again. They even tolerated my yappy little yorkie trying to climb up the ladder with them LOL! I couldn't be happier with their service!
