I wonder if the other review of this shit show mentioning a piece of trash employee is talking about Carl Joseph Winkler. I was driving through Dublin with my daughter (who was 5 at the time), I was in the #2 lane and was approaching a slow car. I put my blinker on and moved to the #1 lane to go around the slow car. I could see a white truck about 5-6 car lengths back at the time, didn't think anything of it, just through the course of checking my mirrors before the lane change. Apparently the driver didn't like anyone getting in front of him, safely or not because over the next 10 min he proceeded to pull to within 1ft of my rear bumper, tailgating me, before pulling onto the center median, alongside my vehicle before swerving into me. Then he proceeded to try and run from the scene of the accident and I was forced to chase him, while on the phone with the police from Dublin to Livermore (which is apparently where he lives/lived according to the police report) before he finally pulled over. I called my insurance company immediately after speaking with the police and getting this piece of shit's information. Yet a year later (even with the call to police proving exactly what happened) this company STILL tried to file a claim against my insurance because of their aggressive employees. I'll tell everyone not to use this trash company of criminals.

You know how they say you only get one chance to create a first impression? Well H.A. Bowen made an impression on me today. It wasn't even related to their work - but their worker. Attempting to pull into an empty spot today in a busy parking lot, I found a cart blocking my way. I was (barely) able to maneuver around it. When I got out, I noticed that the name on the cart matched the name of the truck it was near and that the driver of the truck was there. When I approached he rolled down his window. I asked if the cart was his and he said yes. I said that it was in the way and he said, ""intentionally."" He went on to explain that he put it there to make sure no one parked too close to his truck (so he could get into the doors on the side of the truck. When I reiterated that it was difficult to park in the spot because of the cart, he simply repeated that that was on purpose. So, his point was that it was his clear intent to inconvenience shoppers at the shopping center in order to make sure he wasn't inconvenienced in any way. Very nice, huh? If this is any example of their customer service, I'm going to pass when I'm looking for an electrician (which I am on occasion).

As it turns out, I needed an electician a few months after posting this. I found Hewlett Electric via Yelp and loved them. I highly recommend their services now. http://www.yelp.com/biz/hewlett-electric-san-jose
