Exavier is a rare find in the contractors' world. We hired many contractors and he is totally different from the other 95%. He is honest, responsive, reliable, skillful, and professional. He does not cheat you. He's got incredible ethics. His price is really reasonable and he did not change his price in the middle of the contract period or bean-count additional expenses like all other contractors we hired. He did the whole house rewiring and installed a million (literally!) of lights and switches for us and addressed all kinds of wiring challenges in renovating/rebuilding this 40+ year old house. Our lighting in the new kitchen was very tricky because I wanted lights above and below the cabinets and I don't want the wires shown. He is also the electrician on our JCZ/swimming pool permit -- installing electrical for heat pumps, many LED lights, etc. It took 1.5 years for our renovation and he has been with us from the beginning to the end. He listened very well to what we wanted. And he was very accommodating, working well with our other contractors, plumbers, AC contractors, kitchen countertop installers, drywall installers, stucco contractors, etc. Passing the electrical inspections (for both the house and the pool) was a breeze because Exavier knows the codes so well. We are very happy that he designed and implemented the pot lights (indoors and outdoors) along with the 3-way switches and 4-way switches so well that it makes living in our house so pleasing. We found Exavier on Yelp (5 star reviews) and we thank all the reviewers who led us to Exavier. He will be our electrician for life.

Hands down Xavier is the best electrician EVER!!! Extremely professional and skillful. He listens and responds accordingly and won't do extra work to just get your money. He is reliable and the electrician you want to have for life just like a good doctor!! Trust him and you will not regret it ! Exavier is great! I needed some lights installed for my new-to-me condo. I had already purchased the light fixtures. However, a couple of them did not fit the standard overhead lights. Exavier went above and beyond to figure out how to make it work. I now have light! He is responsive and has reasonable prices.

I am very happy with the service provided by Exavier. I came home to a hot house late afternoon on Saturday. I turned on our air conditioners and 5 minutes later, they stopped working. I did a little bit of troubleshooting and determined that it was an electrical problem. Also, my back refrigerator/freezer which was loaded with frozen food was not working. I reset the breakers but it did not make any difference. By this time, it was after 5:00pm. I called Boweaks Electrical Solutions based on other positive Yelp reviews. Exavier answered the call. He was just finishing up a job and said that he could be at my place within an hour to troubleshoot the problem. He arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found the bad circuit breaker that needed replacement. He did the replacement and everything was working and back to normal. He certainly knew what he was doing and was very professional. He was also pleasant and friendly. I would use him again for any electrical needs and would recommend his service to others.

Finally!!! An electrician who is extremely competent, reliable, honest, highly professional and great on customer service. After a house inspection revealed unsafe electrical issues in our parents' 40+ year old home, Exavier performed his own inspection and gave us an estimate that seemed very reasonable. He is not only a highly qualified electrician, but well educated and experienced in the industry, including electrical engineering. Exavier is very articulate in explaining what the work entails, what needs and does not need to be done, and presented options that we could choose. We were very pleased and satisfied with his work. He more than met expectations, was punctual and dependable, and communicated with us throughout the entire project. He does not do unnecessary work, and in fact, our final bill was actually less than the original estimate. We will definitely refer Boweaks Electrical and will use Exavier again.

This certainly has been a positive experience. We came home one windy night to a partially dark house. Called Xavier in the morning and he was here within the hour. Xavier quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately went to work on addressing it. Our issue required HECO to change the from the street to our house. He is coordinating all the work and is great communicator. We are still working through this but I feel that we are in good hands with Bowoeks Electric. Will update the review after final resolution.
