Just finished the project after waiting for the power walls to arrive! They look and work amazing! The team arrived ready to go as always and fully exceeded all expectations. The system is now complete and I'm 100% off grid (except for that pesky interconnection fee we all pay anyway).

I did extensive research before pulling the trigger on installing a solar energy system. Being an engineer, I got way down into the weeds. Orrie Boss of Boss Energy was the only company that took the time and effort to satisfy all my questions. He often asked clarification questions and provided excellent options. It's very important to select a company with sufficient depth of a range of expertise to cover all the bases. Construction experience, licensed electricians, design, access to latest equipment and numerous local solar energy installations to name a few. Boss had it all. They had a master electrician on their staff, Chris Gallagher, that had previously done the wiring for my house renovation. I consider him the best I've ever worked with. He figured out a way to run the array conduit without running it over the roof like other contractors suggested. Much more aesthetically pleasing.

I can't say enough to express my satisfaction with Boss Energy, especially Orrie Boss, on the outstanding installation of my system. All contract aspects were completed on time using the exact equipment specified. He was extremely responsive to my numerous inquiries before and after installation. My system is operating perfectly just as he designed it. I'm a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to use Boss Energy in the future.

Another big plus for Boss Energy is that they are certified Tesla Powerwall installers along with installing home electric vehicle charging stations. They will be doing the install if I upgrade.

I don't usually write reviews unless it's a bad or good experience. BOSS ENERGY is a good experience. I was surprised how professional and friendly they were to my wife, when I was away for work. They did all the leg work and friendly. The owner, himself, came to my house and showed me how to use the interface! This is an excellent company.

My wife and I have known Orrie Boss for years.  We have a mountain house that we rent out/live in part time that is nearly off the grid.  At the time, Orrie was working with another solar company and lead the efforts of our project.  His passion for his work, authenticity and kindness was evident from the start.  With his creative mind he designed us a unique 10 Kilowatt system that maximized the amount of energy each panel could obtain.  It is truly a work of art (and we like to brag about to all of our renters)!  He is a one of a kind guy and I am so glad to see he has created his own company- with his skills he will do amazing things.  We are sad to not have him close by, but if we ever get a beach home he will be the first person we will call.

I spoke with Orrie Boss about solar with power back up for my home. He was very knowledgeable about configuring various systems that would meet my needs and take advantage of available rebates and tax credits. It is a lot to consider but I felt confident that Orrie's experience in the industry will guide me to the perfect system.
