From the estimate to the technician visit it all went as expected. The estimate was accepted and the project started on time. I was in contact with the technician as to his arrival time. He completed the project and cleaned up after himself. I was pleased with the professionalism and expertise and the price.

Arrived for estimate on time. Arrived to do work on time. Did two jobs for us correctly and neatly. Sometimes that's a big deal in SoFlo. Company stuck to their estimate and we had no issues with them. Definitely would use them again. Found them to be legitimate and trustworthy.

My experience with Bosco Electric is similar to so many reviews that I have already read about them. It took a week to get a most unfriendly electrician to my home to have him gaze at a wall and the fuse box for five minutes to simply install a 240 line. And then I waited another seven days for an estimate to be emailed to me, which still hasn't arrived. When I called the office, the woman administrator told me that they were working on my estimate at that moment and it would be sent to me later. I asked her if later meant by days end and she said yes. Still no estimate. I should have asked her if there was a mirror nearby for her to watch her nose growing...I already shared this lack of professionalism with the rest of my community on social media and to use a different provider.
I would stay away from this ""organization"" and find a real electrician if I were you. Just a word to the wise.

Getting an estimate from them is like pulling teeth. One person says the following Monday, then its Tuesday, then its Wednesday by 10 am, then it's they don't know when

they are terrible .. don't use them.
the girl Melissa is nasty and hangs up on you.
they owe there vendors money and cant pay them
probably have money problems.

I called Bosco Electric to fix our electric panel and fix some outlets in our house. There electrician Alex was great. He fixed all our issues and we used them again to install all our new ceiling fans. Prices are average for the work and they get the job fast. Two other companies that gave us quotes tried to gauge us in price. Bosco is our number 1 choice for electrical work. I highly recommend.
