NO. NO. NO. They were bought out and are useless now. Your deposit is nonrefundable! No return calls. No return emails.

I gave Bo's Electric $1300 June 4th They asked for and received information for permits. They have not returned any calls. I can imagine what would happen if I needed service.

replaced my 25 year old not quite Whole house generator replaced. The team of electric and gas technicians were prompt, communications was perfect, and the work fast and good, even when Florida weather got up to its usual heat then rain. Roger, Coco, and Neptali = great job. I had 3 quotes, and I'm glad I went with Bo's

Run, do not use them.
They selected a spot for the generator that won't work. blowing directly into the air conditioner.
Dairo was asked to come back and offer another solution. It's been 3 weeks and no show or call.
Project manager Dairo is disrespectful l and arrogant and needs serious training.
They had a $1,000 off special, we asked why we didn't receive it. No response and contacted two other people, no response back either.
We asked them to review the local code again where our house was because there is conflicting information from other contractors. They refused and basically trying to sweep it under the rug.
They breached our contract because the spot they wanted to install it won't work. They are still holding our $1,500 deposit. We will be taking them court to part ways and get our deposit back.

Overall great install experience...I had the ""A"" team- Roger, Coco & Brandon!!
My only issue is some of the info provided by the sales guy was incorrect and resulted in a different install than I was hoping. That said, the install team thoroughly explained why what the sales guy promised was not possible. Roger called me the night before and he tried to come up with alternatives but it was not possible. Again great install team and lesson learned is verify what sales tells you about the technical install.

Not good at all. if I could give negative stars, I would. I live in a 55 and older community and we have been over a year and a half waiting for them to finish installing our generator for our water system. nothing but promises and LIES have they given us! Hurricane Season is here again and still no working generator! Always have excuses!! We have MANY elderly people here and if there is a storm and we lose power, we will have to leave our home because of them!!! I think it is past time to bring this to the attention of WINK NEWS and our Lawyer!! Our Board and Park Manager should have contacted our Lawyer a LONG time ago!

I had Bo's install a whole house generator in June 2023. Roger and the team were professional and extremely easy to work with. At the time of installation Roger told me to call him if there were any issues in the future. We did have a power outage on Saturday night 4/20/24 and had a hiccup with the generator. I called Roger first and he along with David were able to get a technician out within 90 minutes (on a Saturday night). Thanks to Roger, David and Paul for your assistance.

I signed a contract with Bo's in September of 23. They informed me, it would take time for permits to be issued and it should take between 60 - 90 days. my install started on 1/22 and finished today 2/9/24. although I had concerns about scheduling and timing, the people employed by Bo's far out weighed my concerns. Roger and helper were here first, Roger is the electrician, he was a wealth of knowledge and skill, I was amazed how fast he did his work. Roger was followed in by Donnie and Josh to remove the old tank and install the new tank. They both knew what they were doing and were skilled at it. Today Matt arrived for my start up service, his skills, knowledge and personality topped off what was already a good experience. Last but not least was Dario, he handled the schedule and people. a difficult task that he completed with skill. He was also very tolerant of my questions and concerns. I would recommend Bo's to all that ask and even those who do not ask

Purchased a standby generator here. A satisfactory and thoroughly professional experience. From quote to start up, every employee was professional and well informed.
The excavation for the propane tank was done taking care to do minimal damage to existing landscaping. Installation was done in one day after getting the Lee County permitting approval. Every consideration we requested was accommodated. Every aspect of the job was well done and the Installation team was amazingly good. We believe we made the best choice in using Bo's.

Beware! Bo's Electric installed a gas line straight through the main sewer line of our house. We incurred significant drainage issues (no sinks, toilets, and laundry were available) because of it, causing our house to be uninhabitable for three days. The company claims they are not liable for any expenses that we incurred due to the negligent installation of the gas line, even though there is no question that they caused the issue. When I ask to speak to the owner to discuss the problem, they ignore my requests and refuse to transfer me to him. I use Bo's Electric for maintenance on my generator. As their customer, I am shocked at their complete lack of responsibility and consideration.
