If you are spending a lot of money on a whole house generator the integrity of the company that you purchase from is important. At the height of the hurricane I called Bo's E;ectric and the owner Steve answered the phone. He PATIENTYLY walk me through the process of resetting my generator. He told me that, if possible, someone would be out the next day to check up with me. Even though half of the street lights were still out, Bo's showed up the next day. If you purchase a generator from Bo's I'm pretty sure that you will be pleased. I know I am!

My praise for the entire team at Bo's Electric is without bounds. First of all, due to my particular circumstance, I needed to bifurcate the total job. Late last year I had the propane tank installed, and then in March of this year the generator was put in.
The propane tank installation was flawless. The employees took extraordinary care to do the very least amount of damage to my yard (it was not an easy installation). They were all personable and eager to answer any of my questions. Brandon, David, David, and Christian - all true professionals.
I then encountered a problem with my HOA and a local ordinance before the installation of my generator. I happily worked with Steve H., Steve T., and Katie H. through this time, and once the problem was finally resolved we proceeded with the installation of the generator.
Two wonderful workers took care of the generator install. David (who was also on the propane installation) was responsible for the gas hook up as well as helping with the electrical and generally coordinating things. Roberto was the electrician and was super! The wiring is a piece of art. I am one who likes to watch and learn from professionals, and Roberto was most accommodating. After clean-up he left the job site looking better than he had found it.
From my first contact with Bo's through the completion of the project, every member of the Bo's team was laudable in every way.
If you have any thoughts of getting a generator, BO'S IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO! KUDOS!!!!!

From initially speaking and meeting with Steve and then meeting and watching his crew install our whole house generator in August 2019 it was an exceptional experience. They have complete knowledge of what we needed with no ""oversell"". The installation process was relatively problem free including the inspection. The system works flawlessly as proved on Easter Sunday 2020. The transformer in front of our home blew and within 10 seconds our generator fired up and the whole house was fully powered for the next 5 hours while FPL was called to replace the transformer. 10 homes in our community were without power. After that 2 of our neighbors contacted Bo's Electric to purchase their generators. My wife and I are completely satisfied with Bo's Electric and highly recommend them for your generator needs.

Steve was great at providing information since we knew very little about generators. The generator was installed in the time-frame he gave us...it was a painless process. His workers are great. I highly recommend them. We spoke to a Generac sales person, but the wait time to get a generator was more than twice the time of Bo's Electric. Highly recommend them!

Well, there are professionals and then there are PROFESSIONALS!!! We were looking to purchase a standby generator, shopped around and talked to neighbors. Many homes in our area had already installed one but we had noticed that in almost all cases it took forever to get their job completed. Then one day I saw an army of work trucks pull up by a house down our street and wondered what was happening. Come to find out they were installing a standby generator. I was accustomed to seeing a truck and a couple of guys but here, we had an army! By the next day, the entire job was done and I have to say, I was impressed. This was exactly what I was looking for. Long story short, I contacted Bo's Electric and at the same time, I advised my neighbor whom I knew also wanted one and in a cinch, both of us purchased an install. Three weeks later, both of our houses were installed. Took one and a half day at each house and by the time the ""army"" left, if it wasn't for the generator box on the side of the house, no one could say anything had happened. CHARLES, ANGEL, JARRETT AND AARON were simply awesome, worked fast and efficiently, aimed to go above and beyond and left the place immaculate. I also have to say that the Backhoe operator, sorry I did not get his name, was really skilled at his trade! All in all, a fantastic experience. These guys know their business!!
