I'd waited too long (my HVAC was new in 1986) and finally made the call. Even in the triple digit heat of the summer, I had immediate response and Ruben came out Wednesday to assess the situation. Alex came the next day for mapping and further expert analysis, and the very next Monday Nick and Trah showed up, and let me tell you - they really know what they're doing. And they can do anything. It was a complicated project involving reinventing the ductwork so a zoned system could work in a two-story house. Upstairs has always run 10 degrees warmer in the summer than downstairs where the thermostat was. Now - with dual thermostat control and baffling and all the doodads necessary to redirect the air - it is actually livable upstairs without setting the thermostat to ""Arctic"" downstairs.

Nick and Trah went out of their way to make sure I understood every step of the installation and explained everything a homeowner needs to know. I'm very pleased.

We did an update in our small master bathroom. We used Bonney plumbing to install all new shutoff valves (2 under the vanity and 1 by the toilet), remove and install a new toilet, remove and install all new hardware in our shower (used a delta trim kit, new shower arm, and handheld shower head), and removed and installed our new vanity faucet.

What I liked is that Bonnie worked with us since we had to do this project in phases. Tyler, our plumber, came the first time and removed/disposed of our old toilet, and replaced all of the shutoff valves. He also gave us recommendations for the shower trim kit to buy and which toilet would work in our situation.

After we finished installing new flooring, painting the bathroom walls, repairing tile grout, deep cleaning shower tiles, removing and installing new caulk, installing new shower doors, and repainting the vanity cabinet, we contacted Bonnie to finish all the plumbing items. They promptly sent Tyler back to finish the job. Tyler did a great job. He kept everything neat and clean.

We couldn't rate Bonnie on value since there were other places a little cheaper in price. But, there are other factors to consider besides price. Honesty, prompt service, dependability, etc. I rate Bonnie very high in those factors. And, they didn't charge us until the job was totality done.

Would we use Bonnie for future plumbing needs. Yes, we would.

I was alarmed to find water had accumulated inside of a water fixture in my home and called Bonney Plumbing to help. Bonney sent someone the very same to day help asses the issue and it was determined that the leak was due to defective ABS pipes. As such, I was able to schedule the re-piping job within the week. I'd like to send a big thanks to Connor for his excellent customer service and ability to explain the situations thoroughly. Connor and Dylan both did a great job and made me feel really good as a customer with a high-end/expensive repair. Thanks Bonney!

Had a great experience with Pedro Pantoja, plumbing technician. We recently bought a house only to discover a leak from the second floor bathroom to the first floor ceiling. Pedro was able to diagnose the source of the problem fairly quickly using his 5 senses and a moisture meter. Then he cut out a square in the ceiling, showed me the active leak, and made the repairs same day. Great job!

Once an agreement had been made re work to de done and the ludicrous initial quote dialed down to what I actually needed the work was excellent. Techs were on time, courteous, professional. Did the work of loft insulation, showed me photos, made adaptations to prevent insulation loss from egress hole, and tidied up afterwards. 5star service down to 4 for initial negotiation.
