Our church needed a plug added and a GFCI plug replaced. These were done efficiently and professionally. The electrician recommended installing the plug in a way that was beneficial to us. I had two junction boxes that were open, and he explained how that wasn't up to code and he proceeded to repair/replace existing wiring to close the junction boxes and bring it up to code. We have found our electrical company for life. The cost was exactly as quoted and very reasonable.

I called for an outdoor outlet repair and possible landscape lighting. When he arrived he told me he didn't do landscape lighting and went on to repair the outlet. The travel charge was a surprise, which was frustrating because if I'd known he didn't do landscape lighting I wouldn't have had him come out. Needless to say, it was an expensive outlet repair.

I really appreciate the good communication with this business to determine what I needed, set up my appointment for quote and installation, then calling to confirm with me my appointment. And also the electrician himself calling me to let me know he was on his way was a nice gesture. My technician Robert was a very kind, knowledgeable gentleman. He was fast and replaced my backyard crusted old light fixture with my new Ring camera floodlight. During this pandemic I have had a hard time getting electricians to come out for repairs. I had flaky ones who no showed or did not do the work, way overpriced ones, and finally Bolt Electric. The electrician came out, charged an estimate fee which was applied to the work, and evaluated my concerns. When he looked at the electrical panel on the house and for my AC units he presented me with options for the work I wanted done (stand alone electric supply for my jacuzzi). In addition he advised me that my electric panel was ideal for a generator hook up and also suggested a surge protector for the panel.

I was emailed a quote for the work and compared the estimate to another electrician and found the price to be fair. I gave the go ahead to order the parts and set up a date for installation. I had to move the installation date back by a day which was not a problem for the company to accommodate.

The electricians showed up on time and did a professional installation. I was advised of a couple issues and options (not an upsell but a legitimate problem with my existing equipment that I was unaware of since I just purchased the house).

I was on the fence about the generator hook up but after talking to my neighbors about the rolling power outage from the 2021 freeze I opted for it to ensure my family would have power no matter what.

I was shone how to work the newly installed components and satisfied with the work and cost.

I highly recommend Bolt Electric and am arranging them to work on my rental house.

Couldn't have been happier, start to finish.  I reached out to multiple companies for quotes, these guys were not only the first to respond, but had the best customer service as well.  They gave me an accurate estimate by a phone explanation alone for a more than fair price.  They worked with my schedule and in no time, Robert and Austin showed up and knocked out installing a floodlight for us over the garage.  They walked me through every difficulty they were having, such as a fun double wall with offset studs, giving me options at each step and explaining what their recommendation and approach would be.  Even after the install was done, they stuck around to make sure I was happy with the positioning and smart home connection.  They were more than patient, helpful, and professional.  I can't recommend them enough.  Thank you!
