We have had Andrew Ho of Bolt Electric do all of our residential electric work for over 10 years, including two large remodeling projects and pulling new service to our Mission home. He is quietly competent and so smooth that we call him the ""Ninja Electrician"" (though not to his face ;-)

There have been times when we've come back to find that he's had to make a decision on the fly, and it is inevitably the right one. He is also scrupulously honest, and has turned down work that he felt was not necessary. I can recommend Andrew and Bolt without hesitation. He's also done work for lots and lots of my friends based on my word-of-mouth recommendation. He's really that good.
