What a great experience. Patrick returned my call right away. He arrived when he said he would. Made an after hours call same day. This was the first time we called Bolt, but we will use them for all our future electrical needs. I am glad we found an electrician with integrity. If you need an electrician I would recommend that you call Bolt.

I came home to the smell of burning electrical, I called bolt, never used them before, but saw the experience, local company, and ratings. He answered right away and in my rushed description of what was going on we decided to call the fire department. He called back to check on us within 15 minutes and in that time we located the problem and was able to have him come out and help us. He was very professional and had great customer service. I appreciate him calling to check back with us.

We contracted with Bolt Electric to install an electrical service for a new modular home. They installed the service that did not comply with State Building Codes, failed inspection and then disappeared off the face of the earth. We have had to hire another electrical contractor to correct the errors at a cost equal to more than half of the original contract with Bolt. We have filed a complaint with the California State License Board as well as against their Contractor's Bond. Avoid this firm. They are unreliable and will not honor their contract.

I was replacing a plug/switch combo, and soon determined that after several attempts, I was in over my head. Being a Saturday, I was doubtful that I could find an electrician that could help.

Bolt Electric initially responded to my request that they were booked... but emailed back that they could come out.

In less than 1-hour, they were at my house. Very pleasant, honest and fair. In less than 20-minutes, the issue was resolved. I HIGHLY recommend Bolt Electric!

Our business is having problems with our tankless water heater system and we needed to make sure it was wired and installed correctly before replacing. We put the details out there and Patrick at Bolt Electric responded with a fair estimate and came in within the hour to check it out and give us diagnosis.
