Life saver. We lost electricity to a wall that controlled water heater and internet late at night. Four kids with no bath and no internet was a struggle. This morning at 5 AM our smoke detector and fire alarm system decided to go off. My wife and I searched throughout the house; no fire. But the system continued to trigger.

I had to go to work and sent a request to get some quotes. Bolt Blitz Electric responded to me within minutes, even that early in the morning, and prioritized driving all the way to the desert on short notice from Hollywood so my wife could have this behind her and back to watching the kids.

Upon arrival, our entire system was inspected and they asked questions to best inform the course of action to resolve our concern. They provided an estimate and were transparent about where we could reduce the cost to us with a little leg work on our part, or leave the entire project to them to resolve.

Communication was prompt and professional.
We were educated about common problems, solutions, and what to do to maintain the system in the future.
The costs were transparent.
The work was thorough.
The problem was resolved.

At this time, my smoke detector system is restored. Have no complaints at all about our service received.
