Bo, a Master Electrician, came to our residence, bid the job, we agreed to the estimate and to proceed, I asked if he needed a deposit, he said no, that a handshake was enough and that he would contact the city and we would be under way in 2 weeks or so. That was 2 months ago. We left messages, texted, and tried to reach Bold Electric since then. Nothing. Now we are far behind schedule.
