My house is right now. Sitting at 78°. We had them come out twice and they said nothing was wrong. I'm sorry but if you don't thanks nothing's wrong. Obviously there is something wrong with your company. And you need to hire new people. We paid them $500 to fix. Nothing absolutely horrific this place really needs to shut down!

This company is pure definition of the Satan and all its employees are the Devil especially the owner Jason and his office manager. This company is what you call real scam artists, thieves, and liars. As part of our home purchase, we got 2-10 home warranty so when our AC went out June 2021, they called this company out to our home. These awful people tortured us for years and continue to torture us till this day. They took over $3000 to replace AC and furnace and did not return for months. When they did return, they did everything incorrectly and failed to do essential steps like flushing out the pipes. It took them two months to finish the job. They came and went as they saw fit. They promised to return after lunch and did not return for two weeks. I just brought a newborn home at that time and two of my elderly parents lived with me and we all almost died from South Carolina heat in July, August, and September. I was calling and begging them to return and finish the AC repair and they told me that I am barking up the wrong tree. They guaranteed that the AC and furnace will work perfectly. So when they left, I turned on the AC and it flooded my entire attic and damaged most of the ceilings in the bedrooms on the second and first floor. I called them many times to return and after two weeks, no one even bothered to return my call. I called another company who told me that the AC unit was not leveled and was off by 2 inches on one side so all the condensation and liquids poured out into the attic which resulted in $2900 damage. I had to pay another company to undo everything that Jason and his team did in my home which cost me another $2200. I consulted the warranty company who provided me with their insurance information. These horrible people would not even respond to their insurance company for over four months. Jason admitted that they were negligent and promised to reimburse me, however, it's been half a year and still no check. Stay away from these terrible people. I honestly can't even call them people after all the stress and damage that they purposely caused. I am also pursuing legal action against them as well as filing complaints with Better Business Bureau and South Carolina consumer complaint in recovering many thousands of dollars that they owe me.

Like others have said I wish I could give less than 1. They installed a new Amana Heat Pump and Air Handler with 10 years free maintenance in January 2018, we only got 2 maintenance visits, then nothing since 2019. 8 days ago, we had the drain pipe clog up and had water coming out from under the house from the Air Handler. For the last week we got the runaround. Emergency something, we'll be out tomorrow between such and such time. Rinse and repeat that for almost a week. Oh sure, we'll extend for the three years that we missed. Now if I call the number or the other person in the household calls the number from our cell phones we get ""We're sorry, the number you reached is no longer in service"". I texted a friend of mine and had her call their number...guess what it works for her. Amazing what a dishonest business this is. Don't walk, RUN AWAY from this company, unless you like running around in circles. Oh, and the company I called to start doing maintenance, which won't be free, said they hear that from many others about this company.

I was so happy with the service provided Travis went above and beyond. We have had regular maintenance on our. HVAC and they have never taken the top off the system and cleaned there also. They said it was not necessary Travis said yes it is and my husband stayed out there with him and could not believe the dirt that he cleaned out of it. They also send you a picture of the service tech that will be at your house. I wold highly recommend them.

Update: As of 7/15 half of the work has been completed. We were guaranteed all work would be completed by 7/14 by Jeremey (after posting reviews and contacting the BBB & FTC). We were informed at that time that the reason (now the third excuse) we weren't being scheduled was because the 2-10 Home Warranty was not covering the labor costs and were needed to pay out of pocket.
Technicians showed up 7/13 for day 1 of the two day job, only to find out they had the wrong AC unit and did not have the parts they needed. Their initial response was to just leave and come back another day, however Jeremy was contacted and someone was instructed to deliver the missing parts. While installing in the crawl space our gas line to the kitchen was turned off and piping was removed. We were not informed that this was removed and the technicians left at 1:30 (we were told it was a 2 full day project) without any heads up. The line was left open, disconnected from the kitchen, and turned off. It was not until the next morning that we discovered we did not have gas to the kitchen. We called Jordan in customer service and he immediately became defensive saying there was no way it was the techs from Boiling Springs that would have unhooked our gas and we should contact the gas company directly. Four hours later we called back and Jordan said it was in fact the techs and we could just crawl under the house and turn the knob back on. It wasn't until we discovered the actual pipe was missing that Jordan then informed us the techs didn't have what they needed to finish the job the previous day so they left. Turning the knob back on as instructed would have resulted in an open gas line leak. They could not come fix this for us until after 4pm two days after the initial install. Additionally, they did not have the correct part to fix the second floor unit and did not inform us they would not be returning the following day as scheduled. Friday afternoon when Jeremy was finally able to come fix the gas line pipe he said we should be scheduled for the following Tuesday, maybe.
I spoke with Jordan this morning to ask what day this week we would be scheduled and he said ""it ain't going to be this week, we're waiting on the part from 2-10."" He wasn't sure why Jeremy would have said Tuesday, when he didn't even speak to 2-10 until Friday (however they discovered they needed an additional part from them on Tuesday). I told Jordan his condescending attitude was not appreciated and he said ""he was frustrated people were saying things without consulting him."" I told him I am frustrated to have not had AC since MAY and all work was guaranteed to be completed last week. They have had more than 2 months to order the parts and verify they are correct for our service. Jordan will not put us in contact with Jeremy (who seems to be the only person who can get things in motion) nor does he have a sense of any basic customer service skills. He seems more concerned with what his defense strategy is since he continues to interrupt on the phone and does not call back or provide any updates.

I'd like to post 0 stars but not able to. Initially we were extremely excited about this company. They saved us a lot of money on our unit and actually took us away from Waldrop Heating and Air who we adored. Boiling Springs Heating and Air ""sold"" us on a wonderful price on a unit, 2 year free service agreement and a convenience PROMISE. The unit they installed has broken 4 times now and it's only been 2 months. The first 2 times they were friendly and accomodating, the 3rd time they weren't as much and when the technician finally came out, he tried to instruct ME on what to do if it breaks again.....then back tracked and said ""well i guess you would call us if you need help huh?"" lol Now I'm sitting in an 89 degree house and I have called Boiling Springs Heating and Air, left a message and no one is responding. I've even driven to their business and it's closed. On a saturday in July!!!
Update: I put a call in to Davis Heating and Air and Waldrop. Davis actually picked up when I called and they were at the house within the hour. Before 10am. Thank you Davis! Not to mention Davis showed us physical evidence where Boiling Springs had messed up the piping to our unit which was the whole reason it kept going out.
It's 3:00pm now and Boiling Springs H/A hasn't even called to respond to my initial service request. That shows you how much these people care about you. Just like the other reviews....I probably will never hear back from them again.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. A month ago our A/C went out. They had installed our unit for the prior owners of our home. It was still under warranty so we called them. We had to wait almost week for them to send someone out. This guy didn't appear to know anything about HVAC. He fumbled around back and forth between the thermostat and unit. After awhile he said it was fixed but that we would have to order a new thermostat and some switch that sent signals to the thermostat. He would let the office know. Within 24 hours we realized that air was being blown out of the vents but it wasn't cold and the unit kept running on as the house got hotter. We called them and asked when we could expect the parts to be in and their return to fix it. No one knew anything about ordering parts. Another wait. Finally the thermostat came in and they came out to install. I was hopeful as this technician seemed to know what he was doing. After about an hour he said it wasn't the thermostat at all. We needed a new blower motor. He was polite and apologized for the inconvenience. Bad news, it would take two weeks for the part to come in. Fast forward three more weeks and numerous phone calls. The office staff who shall remain nameless keeps ducking us. No one that answers the phone has any idea about our part order. At this point we don't even know if it has been ordered or if indeed that is really the problem. We would go elsewhere even despite the warranty except for the fact that they took our blower motor! We are in our fifth week with no air conditioning. I'm ready to start calling BBB and SC consumer affairs.

Our HVAC went out over the weekend and we called Jason at Boiling Springs Heating and Air. Jason was very dedicated to make sure the work got done. He came to our house at 11:30 at night to finish the work. My family slept well last night because of his dedication!

Nick and Jason did a fantastic job , would recommend them to anyone needing heating and air work, fast and dependable!!

Jason and Nick came out and saved us! The fan wasn't spinning on the outside unit. They found some cut wires (probably accidental from a weed eater), and quickly were able to fix it. They also were totally fine with my million questions, giving me different options, and were generally down to earth, and helpful! They are going to be my go to service providers!
