My Liftmaster gate opener stopped working. I called another company numerous times over a six week period and they never responded. I called Bohnenstiehl on a Thursday at 9:30 to schedule service. Matt called me at 11:30 and I met him at my home. There were several things wrong, and he fixed them all and was gone by 12:15. I am really impressed by service like that.

This company was a lifesaver to us. Our gate opener didn't work on our garage door and the technician knew exactly what was the issue. We waited over a month for another company to help us and that company never showed even after repeated requests. I can't thank them enough for this companies professional ism. .

Matt is on the ball. When the other techs couldn't figure it out they sent Matt, within 15 minutes he had the issue figured out. We have never had a problem with the workmanship and when I couldn't get anyone at the office I was told to call Matt's cell, which he did not hesitate to give me. I have called his cell twice, the first time he called me back promptly the second call was answered.

I cannot comment on their work. I can say that they do not return calls promptly and do not call or show up when promised. If you value your time do not waste it by contacting them and sitting around waiting when they do not respond.
