Bringing 40+ years of expertise in both commercial and residential construction, I focus on basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, drywall, and drywall finishing, My skills extend to tile installation, cabinetry, and all types of finish carpentry, which includes ClosetMaid shelves and tailored iron railing welding for handrails. I am skilled in concrete and formwork, handling projects from the ground up. I have stepped away from roofing and heating/air conditioning systems, but I have extensive knowledge of other home and business systems. Nonetheless, I avoid three-phase power and fire systems in commercial restaurants.
