Bringing 40+ years of expertise in both commercial and residential construction, I specialize in fundamental electrical tasks, plumbing, painting, drywall installation, and finishing. I also offer tile laying, cabinetry, and comprehensive finish carpentry services, which includes ClosetMaid shelves and tailored iron railing welding for handrails. I am skilled in concrete construction and formwork, overseeing projects from the base to the final touches. I no longer take on roofing or HVAC systems, but I am well-versed in all other aspects of home and business systems. That said, I do not work with three-phase power or fire systems in commercial kitchens.
