electric work was not done according to code. GFI's were not placed. power not properly routed. I had to hire another company to correct work. not recommended.

This company inspires confidence from the very beginning - calling to make an appointment and you feel they will be there as promised.
They let you know who is coming to do the work - We had Joe Ramos right on time and did a terrific job of fixing a switch for a disposal!
He told me what it would cost and I felt it was reasonable but really I don't know how to put a value on the job expect to say "" you get what you pay for "" and it was worth every penny!
I will definitely use them again and of course ask for Joe if he's available

My light in my dressing room suddenly failed so I looked to Yelp for an electrician. Boca Electrical Works had received 19 entries on Yelp with a rating of 4 stars. I called them and they sent out an electrician the very next day. His name is Joe and he quickly solved my electrical problems. He changed the light in question to an LED fixture. He adjusted my ceiling fan in my living room so that it now functions. He changed the bulbs on one of my porch lights that was incredibly difficult to access. He charged me $368.00 for these three projects. A little high but well worth the price to get rid of these inconveniences. Joe was friendly, neat and fast in his work. I would highly recommend Joe and Boca Electrical Works for any of your electrical needs. They are a great company to deal with!

We recently had a plumbing company replace our old hot water heater with a new tankless water heater. I hired Boca Electrical to add a dedicated circuit which was required. In addition, asked them to fix a few outlets that were no longer working. For one of those, they had to do some troubleshooting. The others were simple replacements. As the son of a retired union electrician, I really appreciated the professionalism of their work, making sure that everything was right and the clarity of their explanations for any questions I had.

I called for an appointment. I was told that the initial fee of 79.00 was to check my breaker box and smoke detectors. I was having an issue with a high hat light. The tech attached a wire and the issue was resolved. He was writing up the bill and said the 79.00 fee was ""just to come out"". He never checked anything and was in my home for 15 minutes and charged $200.00. I contacted the owner and he called me back giving me a line about how all of his customers are like family. Family does not rip family off. I would do my homework before you call a electrician especially Boca Electrical works

This was the best experience I ever had with an electrician and back in the day I was a builder! He was quick neat clean and knew his business. He fixed a problem in ten minutes that Xfinity could not fix with 3 different technicians that they sent. I would use him again In a second . Plus he was a nice human being!

YUP..another NO SHOW story about this unreliable company.
2 attempts...2 dates...2 no shows
plus...the woman on the phone is just nasty, unapologetic and downright rude.
CALL SOMEBODY ELSE.

I wound up with another Boca company with 100%---5 star ratings on yelp...totally please ....very professional, courteous, reasonably priced....oh by the way did I mention...THEY SHOWED UP!!

I scheduled a consultation, which was confirmed. Technician never showed up. Never called. I called the main line an hour before my appointment window closed and was told that someone would come and they couldn't do anything for me. Obviously this place doesn't need any more business.

I just called to ask if I could do an online quote. The young lady said no - they had to come out to do a quote. She said that they charge $59 to come out to give me a quote. I asked if that was waived if I do the job. AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Pretty lousy customer service.
