Bob came out to my residence in Foothill Ranch and completed a couple projects that have been hanging over my heads for a few weeks. Mainly this included installing new lights in both my upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. This required removal, electrical, wall repair, and install of the new lights, which came right out of the box from Home Depot. He also hooked up the dimmers and made some other recommendations, which were beneficial. He did a great job and he wants the customer to be happy with his work.

I would like to note that I gave him a list a of a few projects. He was very honest about what projects fell into his ""wheelhouse"" and what projects he recommends another specialist (He will make referrals). He will not take a project unless he is confident he is the best man for the job.

I've only worked with him one time but I definitely believe he is a man of integrity and I would definitely call him back.

Final note: I called three Handymen and Bob was the only one that called back and followed through. I'm appreciative.

Bob came by yesterday to do 3 hours of maintenance on our 5-year-old home. He arrived promptly and began work immediately. Bob replaced a faucet, secured our wall-unit and china cabinet for earthquake protection, hung hooks in the garage and loft, and stabilized all our kitchen cabinets. He was clean and neat, spoke perfect english and did excellent work. He is vaccinated. We strongly reccommend Bob Fletcher for your home.

Bob did multiple repairs in our house. He discussed each one so he understood exactly what we needed. His prices are very reasonable. He showed me the completed projects and left everything clean and tidy. Bob was friendly and courteous and respected our wishes. He also shared that he is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, which is very good to know when someone is coming into our home and spending time there. He finished in the amount of time that he had quoted us. We will absolutely use Bob's services again in the future.

Bob was with us for 3 hours. He repaired some holes in our drywall which had been caused by a water leak. He fixed a balky gate which was dragging on the walkway. And he repaired a broken baluster in our staircase. He was congenial, efficient, and knew his business. We could not have been more pleased with his work.

Bob's the man!! Great guy easy to work with. Very punctual and professional. Makes sure he explains everything he is doing. He did a great job in our bathroom. New vanity new toilet new fixtures pretty much everything was done perfectly. No need to look for anyone else.
