Please note I did not hire this company and cannot speak to that experience and the quality of their work. I can only speak to the initial interaction and eventual cancellation of the service appointment. I spoke with the company about my project and felt the call went well. They insisted on sending me an email with their company overview. My opinion changed after receiving an alarming message from them. So, I decided to not hire them.

The only reason I'm writing this review is because Yelp informed me that this company mentioned I hired them, when in fact I did not.

Bob does excellent work across multiple trades, is very nice and personable, and provides great advice and recommendations for any upgrades or repairs you need for your home. We needed recessed lighting and steered us in the perfect direction for which type of lighting we should install, and saved us a bunch of money in the process. He's also helped us out with other repairs around the house and always does an amazing job. Highly recommended!

I recently had my carpet replaced and needed my bedroom doors trimmed. Bob did a fabulous job. Meticulous and professional, Bob explained what needed to be done and did so in a timely manner. He fixed a problem created by a previous construction worker. The doors work great.

Bob is extremely professional and great at what he does! He helped mount three TV's in my new home and also helped hang a whiteboard and install a gate, along with other misc housework. I will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommend!

I needed a bathroom vanity replaced . Bob responded right away . He explained his billing clearly and sent an email to confirm everything.
We were able to schedule the job for the following week. Bob arrived on time as planned and kept me updated. Bob did the job very well and completed additional tasks I asked him to do. Bob is very friendly and neat. He used drop clothes on his work area to protect the floor. I would strongly recommend Bob.

Bob is great. Very responsive, but most importantly he showed up when he said he would, and finished the job in the time he said he would. Brought him in to demo a wall unit and do some drywall repair and fix some laminate flooring. Bob was awesome, very capable and reliable. I recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Bob!

I had a project involving floor tiles and cabinet work and Bob helped me with the project. I am so pleased with the end product, the level of professionalism, and the expertise Bob brought to our project. He showed up on time, protected the area of work from dust, explained the details to us, and finished the job within the estimated hours. Bob came out to my residence in Foothill Ranch and completed a couple projects that have been hanging over my heads for a few weeks. Mainly this included installing new lights in both my upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. This required removal, electrical, wall repair, and install of the new lights, which came right out of the box from Home Depot. He also hooked up the dimmers and made some other recommendations, which were beneficial. He did a great job and he wants the customer to be happy with his work.

I would like to note that I gave him a list a of a few projects. He was very honest about what projects fell into his ""wheelhouse"" and what projects he recommends another specialist (He will make referrals). He will not take a project unless he is confident he is the best man for the job.

I've only worked with him one time but I definitely believe he is a man of integrity and I would definitely call him back.

Final note: I called three Handymen and Bob was the only one that called back and followed through. I'm appreciative.
