I really wish I read more reviews on Boaz Electric before hiring them to rewire my cables and replacing old outlets.

I hired Boaz Electric to do two things: 1.) rewire some cables in my master bedroom. 2.) replace out the old outlets with new ones.

The owner name is Rudy and he is the one who completed the job. He also mentioned that he doesn't patch walls - this point is very important as you're reading my review.

Without my consent, Rudy cut open my master bedroom closet drywall and didn't even bother patching them up. I understand he doesn't patch walls but why cut open my master bedroom closet? In addition, he left my house with a mess, used outlets throughout my house, dust everywhere, and debris from the drywall all over my closet.

This part is purely my mistake. I didn't make a big fuss about the mess Rudy left behind in my house because I figured that he'll come back to do one more round of clean up. So I gave him the final check. Bad mistake.

Rudy collected the final payment and refused to 1.) patch the walls and 2.) do a final clean up. Instead, he said, ""this is not my job, you go find someone else"". It's very clear that Boaz Electric took advantage of my kindness here.

I've asked 1 electrician and 1 contractor to come out to review the work completed by Rudy. They both agreed that this is poor quality work and it's an unacceptable job. Matter of fact, they also confirmed there's an easier way to rewire the cables, cut some holes and fish the wires to the other side of the wall. Simple! But Rudy failed to do so. Please see attached photos of the damages in my closet caused by Boaz Electric.

I texted Rudy and expressed my frustration on his work and requested he take 1/2 of the financial responsibility for the repairs. No reply. Please see attached text exchange.

I tried calling Rudy again and again. He finally answered and I purposed that we find a solution that we both can agreed to and he refused. In addition, he yelled at me over the phone, ""I told you I don't care! This is your problem and not mine. Don't call me again!"". Rudy nonstop yelling at me over the phone as if I'm the one who destroyed his house.

Very unprofessional. Please take your business elsewhere.

Called Rudy, he showed up right away. We agreed to do the job in few days because he was available.
Was a lots of miscommunication on the first day, Looked like Rudy was on the hurry to finish take the money and leave. I wasn't happy with the finish work, I asked him to run the cables inside the wall not outside because it's a professional building and I prefer for the wires to be hidden. He said it's impossible, after he finish everything in one day and made $4000, I realized that he was trying to take short cut .
I called him back and asked him to put the wires inside the wall he said ok, when he showed up he wanted more money for something that he should've done on the first place. I told him that I would like him to fix it right for the money he got paid, he immediately turned around and basically just ran out.
I texted him to come back and mark my circuit breaker box, which he also didn't finished, and now weeks later he never showed up or responded .
My mistake , we paid him before we completely checked everything, unfortunately I'm very trusting woman he wasn't very honest guy , it was just all about money for him.
I definitely would not recommend him, or be very careful with communication and have everything exactly on the paper. I will never use him again!

Rudy arrived as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue which was a burnt out starter motor for a fractional HP 3 phase motor. Had to order parts which arrived on a Friday afternoon. Anxious to be back in business Rudy came in on Saturday and installed new components with expertise. Left the area cleaner than when he first visited. Further he stayed to make sure the phases of the two motors supplied by the starter were properly phased, i.e. rotations were in sync. Couldn't ask for a more professional and efficient electrician.

He will be my preferred go to guy when I need electrical assistance. I highly recommend.

Called and spoke to Rodel regarding installation of 2 ceiling fans that required electrical wiring. I was very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to come out the very next business day to give me an estimation. The price was very reasonable and was almost 1/2 of what another electrician had quoted me.

Rodel sent out one of his veteran Electricians, Kits to do the job. Kits spent almost a full day and also helped us with installing a new heater wall unit at no extra charge to us! The total ended up being the exact amount of the estimation and it took him 4 hours longer than originally quoted. I would highly recommend them! We plan to use them for future projects as they are very professional and did the job using very quality craftsmanship making only small incisions in our ceiling and wall. Thank you!!
