Don M.BNK provided a bid to repair our ranch home Heat Pump system on a Thursday. The following Monday afternoon, Russell and Paul arrived and removed the sheet metal cover of the outside compressor to reveal massive amounts of dog hair and dirt. I watched as Paul vacuumed away the larger blockage, then thoroughly sprayed special cleaner solution on all surfaces of the double-wall condenser cooling fins. After rinsing with a garden hose, the machine looked as clean and shiny as brand new. Meanwhile, Russell went up into the hot attic and totally disconnected the evaporator A-frame coil unit (which was leaking in 3 places) and installed a new unit.. After reassembling all parts and vacuuming the lines, the men added necessary Freon, monitored pressures, checked for leaks (none found) and allowed the AC system to do its work. Their work resulted in 100% satisfaction. BNK used modern up-to-date equipment to accomplish great results. We were impressed to see their Freon tank was placed on a digital weigh scale which displayed the exact amount used. We highly recommend BNK to everyone that wants honest, trustworthy service at a reasonable cost by exceptional trained and experienced men. If ever needed again, BNK will be the first and likely only AC/Heating company we will call. Rural Wood County Family
