Talk about quick response and availability. I received a reply within minutes of requesting a quote through Yelp. My wife called to Speak with Barrett to set up an appointment as I was on another call. The appointment was able to be set up for the same morning which was perfect due to having new appliances delivered the same day. I called back and spoke to Barrett some more and I was able to figure out what the issue was. Umm. Wow. Barry is a proud business owner. Let me respond to that wildly unprofessional response:

1. I shook your hand because, at the time, I was unaware of how easily this job could have been done by someone more qualified. I thought what you had done, would be what any great electrician would have done.

2. Who bleeps out coward? We're both adults and after what I went through in the Middle East (aka OEF), I find your comment unfounded, ""libel [and] pretty low considering how you"" know I'm a veteran.

3. If I had buyer's remorse, I'd have attempted to get the work undone or a refund from Amex if you wouldn't. Instead, I called yet another electrician costing more money to fix it. That's commitment Sir.

4. My mistake about the car. It's a wicked S5. Still sends the wrong message Sir.

5. To your advice on unplugging anything...Let me be clear. As a lay person I consider the 'cord' one piece. When I said 'pulled on the cord to unplug' I am really meaning this: The electrician removed the cord by unplugging it safely.

Lastly, I hope that in the future you don't try to play the Tough Guy with every person you do business with... It's not a good look or business model.

I can't recommend these guys enough!
I needed some cabinet under lights put up as well as a redo of the switches controlling all of the lights in my kitchen and dining area. Barrett came over right away and was able to give me a fantastic quote as well as start the work the next day.
He sent a superstar, Jesus, who was friendly and wonderfully qualified. He is dog friendly and answered all of my questions. He did a spectacular job and I will be using this company again for any of my electrical needs.
PS. I saw reviews here on Yelp that disparaged this company and I can assure you that the experience that I got was nothing but professional and respectful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with B&M Electrical Services. Barrett and his team came out to our property for a free walk-thru to give me an accurate estimate for the electrical project. After I shared my budget he quickly worked with me to adjust the scope of work to a price point we could afford. Barrett was also fast and friendly and had the project completed within less than one full business day. The scope of work included removing existing light fixtures in the storage room and installing new LED area light fixtures suspended from an I-beam. I highly recommend B&M Electrical Services, they really made the experience of doing the electrical project easier and stress-free.

So I needed yet another outlet moved due to the installation of a cabinet. I connected Barrett and set up the time. They coordinated with me well before the time to let me know of the delay due to the rains. I really appreciated that. Once there, his employee was in and out within 1/2 hour and the job looks great!
