Barrett and his crew did a great job installing a ceiling fan. Although, it was a more challenging install due to the design of the home, the project was completed in reasonable time, he was able to answer any questions along the way, and they cleaned up all the drywall dust along the way. B&M also provided a free estimate beforehand, which was a great way to get the project assessed prior to hiring and ask any questions. Thank you B&M Electrical!

Barrett and his team are super knowledgeable, work quickly, guarantee their work and offer fair pricing. They are communicative and even showed up a bit early! They installed a new ceiling fan, replaced a couple of outdoor lights and replaced a faulty fireplace switch in about 90 minutes. We already are planning to have them come back to fix some more things. Highly recommend them!

Wow, what an outstanding job! After reading other reviews, I feel like these guys haven't been given a fair chance. They recently came to set up an EV charger for me and the work they did was top-notch. Right from the initial consultation, Barrett was punctual and treated my father with the utmost respect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend B & M to anyone and I'll definitely be reaching out to them again in the future.

Amazing communication and overall work! Put out a request this morning to add 2 outlets in my garage to 2 separate new breakers for some woodworking tools. They responded within a couple minutes, said they were able to come out late afternoon and after agreeing to the work, started immediately. They were done in less than an hour. Will definitely reach out again for some additional work I have in mind in the future.

Great service from B&M Electrical services! I called, and they picked up and got to my repairs within 24hrs to have some dimmer switches installed. He and his partner did it in no time. The more challenging was the broken electrical box of an outlet that got replaced without damaging the drywall! Great knowledgeable guys. I applaud his work and his support of others who are growing in the field. I will definitely be working with them in the future.

Barrett & crew did an excellent job running a new 110 volt circuit for my mini-split air conditioner. His price was very reasonable considering all the work that was required.

Competitive and lifetime value. Not many companies garantee their work past 6 months let alone at all. B & M lifeime warantee and super responsive was a Slam dunk!

Completely unreliable and unprofessional. They cancelled on me TWICE last minute. First it was an emergency then their van broke down. When I confronted them about this, they threatened me. I am uploading a screenshot of the text messages so you can see how these people conduct their business. Don't waste your time, find someone else!

Barrett called me right away, and I was able to set up a same day appointment. I had spoken to multiple folks before him, but unlike the others, he gave me a really good energy vibe, so I went with my gut and his company. He wasn't the least expensive, but it's not always about the cheapest price. You do, after all, get what you pay for, plus I'm REALLY big on stellar customer service and no BS. Geo came out and did the install in less than an hour (my home was already EV charger ready). Now I can charge at home, saving me a ton of time and money, and it was worth every penny! I have some other projects to get done in the near future, and Barrett will be my first choice. Thank you, Barrett and Geo!

AVOID!! NO, SERIOUSLY!
HORRIFICALLY GASLIT AND RUDE for no reason, I am SHAKING from pure shock and incredible discomfort after Barrett just left
I hardly EVER write reviews let alone negative ones but this was UNREAL
I'd been shopping around for electricians to replace a burnt outlet and had narrowed down the ones I was considering going with to 2 companeis, this being one of them. Barrett had explained a different course of action than was the general consensus, which obviously stuck out to me, so I wanted to hear him out and go over what we'd be doing. He gave me a rough estimate and some options on the phone but said he could do a free estimate to get a more concrete idea.
Next day he's at my house, I showed him the outlet in question, and he kept repeating the same options he already told me on the phone -- that was not why I had him come. We agreed to get a concrete estimate from him (not just a rough one on the phone) by taking a quick look at the outlet / inside / the breaker to know just how bad, if that, it was. (This was a common thing almost everybody else I spoke to also offered as well.)
He was there for a whopping 1-3 mintues MAX. I was polite, heard him out, and went on to ask a genuine question about why we couldn't consider the other method I'd been told countless times, to which he questioned why I questioned him. I said I just wanted to undersetand, in case everybody else had been giving me the run around and perhaps Barrett was the only one being honest, again -- this is why he intrigued me and stood out. Instead of answering, he just repeated the same options as before. I asked my question again, then he suddenly changed his entire demeanor and body language to that of someone offended or uncomfortable and wanting to suddenly leave, repeating that he's given me his options and that he doesn't have ""hours"" to ""debate"" with me -- to which I said of course, neither do I, that we've only spent a couple minutes together so far (literally), and to rest assure I'm not debating, just trying to understand this one thing. Never in my LIFE have I encountered any ""professional"" who immediately created a scene and state that he's leaving all because of a to-be-expected customer question... what the..?
As I walked him off the property, I tried again to politely explain and reassure him the above, and like a broken record he repeated the same things about not having time to debate, how he gave me his options, and now he's leaving which made me feel so incredibly GASLIT, so uncomfortable and CONFUSED, as if I'd done something wrong. Barrett is a gaslighting king.
B&M don't even try to counter this review. If you didn't know, a customer is ALLOWED to ask a genuine question if they're going to be spending hundreds of dollars on you, without you taking it so massively personal and get so incredibly offended by it as if they'd done some awful. Do you know how strange and wildly manipulative that is? You just want customers who don't ask anything and are willing to throw money at you just like that? This screams SCAM. I have never felt so genuinely uncomfortable and confused, I'm glad I slammed the door on your way out. You are absolutely HORRIBLE.
