Wow! So happy I found B&M electric. Iw as looking for local electricians that do't just ""service the area"". From inquiry to execution the team was flawless.

Their receptionist/dispatcher was super sweet, helpful and professional.

We upgraded light switches to smart throughout the house, repaired landscaping lights, added a few new GFIs and installed a surge protector.

The lead electrician Dru, was super professional, thoughtful and just on top of it all. He performed an inspection and provided some additional recommendations. I didn't feel like I was being upsold but rather provided awareness of things that were at my discretion to opt in/out of in terms of work to be done. He was prepared and got to work right after we aligned on the SoW. He had a few other team members join to help knock things out and honestly, everyone was wonderful. Highly recommend this local business.

I hired B&M Electric to install a few outlets as well as take care of a few other tasks. Carlos and Misael were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They conducted a thorough safety review and it turns out our main panel (from a recent remodel before we bought the house) had some major issues, including not being grounded. They presented the various options clearly and were not pushy.

The finished result of their work is phenomenal. It was for sure not the cheapest option, but they don't claim to be the cheapest. It's the premium option that is a good choice when you want the work done correctly. They were very clean and left absolutely no trace. Additionally, they were very accommodating and were willing to do the quieter tasks while our 1-year old was taking her nap. To make sure they could finish the job in 2 days they called Dru and Ken to help and they also did great work.

Had a few outlets that weren't working in our kitchen (under the sink, above the range hood, and where the appliances would plug in). Carlos and Misael came the next day, diagnosed the issue, were transparent about pricing, fixed everything within two hours and even replaced a part to fix a closet light that wasn't working for free. Would definitely use B&M again.

I can see why B&M Electric has been voted South Bay's Best Electrical Company. I have used B&M for years and each time I need their help they exceed the previous experience in every way. Today, Carlos Sandoval came to my rescue, again. I needed the garage lights fixed, all of them. Carlos showed me the problem and told me what he was going to do to remedy my light problems forever. He fixed all the panels and educated me on how to install the new LED No balast lights. I simply can't praise this company and it's stellar employees enough. They are the nicest, truly the nicest technicians, who not only show you what is wrong, but educate you on what will be done to fix it and then educate you on how to take care of it. They show up on time, every time, they don't try to up sale, they answer every question you may have and their prices are very fair and competitive for their excellent work. I've never met the owner but he definitely knows how to choose the best technicians. They truly are the best, not only the technicians, the office staff is exceptionally helpful, patient, and really work with the customer to try and fit you into their busy schedule, and you speak to a live person, a perk in itself. We had another outstanding installation by B+M's Matt Borges, who again went over and beyond our expectations! Unlike our old poorly installed sprinkler controller that had wires exposed to the exterior, the new controller was expertly installed, totally up to code, and safer due to the GFCI that Matt added.

But that's not all. In mounting the device, Matt took the time to find the stud, and even replaced the short screws that came with the kit with longer, sturdier wood screws. To top off the excellent mounting, Matt even caulked the device all the way around to protect it from rain and dirt.

Ready to pay, I was beaming to have my new beautifully installed timer, and what do I find when I return? Matt -- wiring up the sprinkler valves, carefully matching the colors of the wires to the new controller. That was my job, for sure and way beyond what we asked for, but Matt wanted every last wire connected to perfection.

I'm once again floored by the professionalism, work ethic, and generosity of B+M's work force, Matt Borges, in particular. This kind of work is a wonderful value for the money. Without a doubt, we look forward to future service by B+M Electric.

I need to have my Nest doorbell installed and my old RING doorbell removed. Carlos came on time and did a thorough job in inspecting my household electrical lines to get the doorbell connected. He found some potential problems with my lines. I did not request that service but I am glad he did it.

I had some problems to get my Google Home app to work. Carlos stayed on the job till the problems were solved. The doorbell works fine now.

Carlos was very helpful with our EV charging set up - he was friendly, knowledgeable (answered all of my very basic questions!) and didn't push us to install more than we needed/wanted. The price was very affordable too. Would highly recommend Carlos and the team at B&M for any EV charging installations or other electrical work.
