Very unprofessional. A young electrician was sent from homeowner insurance to solve a dead outlet issue. After trying to identify the issue he told me the wire was dead. Told him I knew that already, this is why I called him. He left the house telling me he was going to ask what to do to his ""master electrician"" and never called back. One month later, after I called my insurance to enquire what was going on, since I did pay my deductibles for the visit, insurance (2-10) replied that the B&M electrician told them that the damage was caused by rodents eating on the cables -which made it a pre-existing condition- therefore it wasn't covered. The electrician never inspected the wire to ascertain that in fact that was the reason. No pictures were produced that show such thing. Just his uneducated guess. He never mentioned to me that he even suspected it was rodent damage. Now I have left a message on their machine three days ago -needless to say, no call back-and I have tried to call several times- no answer. Lack of professionality, lack of electrician skills, extremely poor customer service, no callback etc etc.

They really should add the option for 0 stars on here. What a waste of our time. So we got assigned B&M through our home warranty company and they showed up early which was nice but did absolutely nothing while they were there. They said their paperwork said nothing about code violation (which was the main reason they were called out) so they wouldn't do anything. My husband even showed them a picture of the home warranty service request and he still said no. Still made us pay though. I tried calling and no answer, left a message and then a few minutes later I get a text message saying they canceled my appt from the day before. Thankfully my home warranty company is sending a NEW and hopefully more qualified company out and waiving the service fee since this company is basically just out their stealing people's money and time.

The person who I spoke with for dispatch was very rude! Last week after I explained that I can't get off work until 1 and work an hour away she still said well I can't guarantee a time, sometime between 8-5. Then yesterday I received a voicemail saying they would be here between 1-3. Today I get a text at 11:30 saying they're on their way to my house and will be there by 12:45! I had to leave work early just to get here! The technician was nice, but not allowed to touch anything other than the outlet due to the home warranty. So, since I couldn't unhook the dishwasher myself, my husband had to leave work to come help me unhook and pull out the dishwasher!
