Came to do a chandelier. Sent in pictures. Came and saw and rent out the scaffold. Came back the next day to do it. Didn't show up until the after noon, took hrs to assemble the scaffold. Did some work, then took off. It's not done and promised to come back after I paid him twice as much because it's a complicated project. Next day showed up and said he's going to rent a small lift. Never came Then we agreed to get a refund, take the scaffold, then come back the next day to finish the job then I'll repay him. He agreed and came at 1/4 to 10 PM. Started taking down the scaffold and we said, can you return back the money first? He walked out. Texted me back and said:

""Dude we are verified contractors with home depot. Why in the world do I need to run with your money. I'm trying to help you but you are wasting my time and over complicating things unnecessarily. I'm done with this. Keep the lift""

How did Home Depot verify these people.

Appt was for 11-1 pm. No response. He came out next day late again.
Rude and repair was not done.
Terrible service. Not recommended.

Appt was at 9am. Texted at 845 he would be there 11-12... time came no call no show. Then then said he would be there 330-4pm didn't show up till 615pm. He knew in advance I needed just 4 small screens put into existing windows. When he got to my door after being dropped off by someone who drove away he said he thought I was an old lady. Then says he doesn't do small jobs ... needless to say I didn't get any screens put in.
