I used BlueMan Electric to install a ceiling fan into a room that was not prewired. The men who came were polite, kind, and professional. They climbed into the attic to extend electricity to the room and even grounded my attic outlet for me. I will definitely use them again when I am ready to install more fans.

Unprofessional shady business. I don't usually write reviews but this is really upsetting for a business on Yelps is so dishonest and unprofessional.

Over promising:
I received several quotes from Yelp. This person from BlueMan called Cesar sent me a lowest among all and stated ""we can do it all for $850"" (see attachment). I wanted to make sure he understood the job so we had a talk over the phone. Everything went well and time was set up at 8:30am-9am. Of course, it was too good to be true.

Unresponsive and irresponsible:
Surely 9am came and gone no signs of technician. I waited, texted, and Cesar finally picked up the phone. He said it's raining and made up an excuse that they thought the rain will be on next day. I told him that it's weird because the forecast all along predicted rain on today. Even they couldn't come, they should let me know. Instead, they had me waited.

Dishonest pricing:
A technician came 30mins after the rescheduled time. He came and said he only does estimation and he can't do the job until later. Of course the price will be $1800+ (see attachment). A thousand dollars more than before.

Both my wife and I had to take the time off to accommodate the appointments that they didn't come. Technician came unprepared. They raised their price at the door knowing we needed it to be done in a timely manner. Then they blamed that the information I gave wasn't accurate.

If you want a quick response and very helpful professional team, look no further. These guys are very good and quick. I had electrical work done and wasn't in a rush. But cause of a family gathering happening, they finished it before the event. They patched the holes and painted afterwards. This was a plus with no dress electrical work. I will be using them for all future projects. Thanks Paul and Cesar!

Rudy and his crew replaced my janky old electrical panel flawlessly. They worked around rain delays and got in and out in a jiffy. Very little disruption and the work looks great plus functions perfectly so far. I would definitely recommend and use the service again.

This company was subcontracted by the contractor who bid the job on our house. The first ""electrician"" sent to our home did not speak any English. He started the job with the master bedroom & proceeded to put 10 good sized holes in the room. Just kept saying plug, plug, etc & pointing. I'm watching this guy tear up my house & could not communicate with him. He did not install anything just sent to do the preparation. I called our contractor & stated that I did not want him to come back to our home to do any work. The next day they sent out a person who broke out more holes & proceeded to do wiring but broke & ruined things in my house, garage & my patio Including standing on my boxes & belongings in my garage breaking packed items such as figurines & crushing several items that he ruined. He also spilled coffee all over my coffee table ruining the finish along with books & papers I had there. He didn't bother to tell me until I went to pick up items off the table to see they were soaking wet. Also he broke several of my large garden figurines including a large mosaic turtle made from concrete (broke off the leg)! Also did not tell me Again I ""discovered"" it after he had left. When I found him standing on my boxes etc in my garage I asked him why he didn't use a ladder. Basically lazy just easier to climb on my things. He picked up a silk flower I had in the garage & threw it to me & smiled like I should be ok with him being disrespectful to me & disrespecting my home & property. He was also very messy when he worked & left plaster & dust wherever he broke out holes including clothes instead of covering up items as he worked. I told them the contractor I never wanted him back in my house again. They finally sent out an electrician who was the last one. He seemed really good at doing the basic work but doesn't seem to know how to troubleshoot problems & think outside the box as the electricity is still having the original problems of incorrect connections of flow ( ex: the dining room chandelier lights pulse if on when my washing machine is agitating). The computer in my office is affected by my refrigerator recycling, etc. The city came out to inspect & it didn't pass. The contractor refused to proceed with the required work & told me to figure it out on my own to finish the job & get the permit signed off. At that point the job was terminated. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend these people for work to anyone & this is why they received this rating.

So glad for Blue Man! Rudy is a terrific team leader and an overall fine human. We had to have our entire electrical panel replaced and upgraded as a prerequisite to installing central air conditioning and heating. Our AC company (also wonderful - Thomson AC) recommended two electricians, but we wanted to make sure we would get the highest quality for our hard-earned money, so did our research on Yelp, as well as other sites, before making a decision. We were sure delighted to have chosen Blue Man, as Rudy and his team were total pros. We have two big dogs, and it was important that they were secure during the 4-day process. Rudy, it turns out, is a dog lover, and our dogs loved him right back. But the critical thing is that Rudy and the crew were careful to keep the gate closed, which I have learned is a big ask with construction people in general: closing doors, gates, lowering toilet seats, etc., seems to be a big challenge. (We also did what we could to keep the dogs out of the way.). Moreover, the work was excellent! It was a huge undertaking, with all of the equipment, parts, workers, inspectors. Rudy was very thoughtful throughout: he was able to supply power to the refrigerator to preserve our food during the period when our electricity had to be shut down for the work. And he was really conscientious about keeping the debris cleaned up and preventing access to little things that young dogs find tempting to chew on. I am sorry that I didn't write this review sooner. I have learned to hold off on stellar reviews until I've had experience with the product/service, so four months later, I am still very pleased. And we now have a need to an electrician for some can lights, so I'm going to be calling Blue Man! Thank you, Rudy and team, for taking care of our needs. It was a pleasure.

Five Stars. Two Thumbs Up. And a High Five! Rudy and the BlueMan Crew is a Top Notch, First Class Outfit that gets the job done. I am highly impressed by the professionalism, the quality and the affordability that BlueMan offers. In my case, my house had cluttered wiring and an under-amped electrical box. For instance: the refrigerator, garbage disposal, washer and dryer was on one circuit. I called BlueMan because of the reviews on Yelp and the locality of the company. Rudy came by and immediately spotted the problem; the house lacked adequate dedicated lines and the breaker box was too small for the house. Rudy gave an excellent quote to change the electrical box from 100 to 200 amps, and run 7 new dedicated lines in my kitchen and laundry room. But that's not all. Rudy and his crew installed recess lighting in the living room and installed a Ring floodlight in the backyard and two floodlights on the side yard, repaired a cut cable line (my mess-up), and fixed a few other electrical sockets. Rudy is a True Electrician, he stayed in contact throughout the entire project, does excellent work, and has an eye for detail. He even went to Home Depot twice to get the exact tone paint to repaint the areas where the new electrical box was installed. (They gave him an incorrect color match the first time) BlueMan also took care of the permits. In conclusion, BlueMan beats all other Electrician companies in the Los Angeles area by leaps and bounds. They are fair. They are true. They are not money hungry and I have found that they genuinely care about their customers needs and delivering quality work at affordable prices. I recommend BlueMan to anyone and everyone who desires competent hassle free electrical work on their homes.

Called Robert and explain to him that I needed some electrical work for an addition to my property. He advised to call him back so he can go out to the property and give me an estimate. Tried calling him back a week later, no answer. Texted and no response. Be professional and at least respond advising you are to busy.

We were experiencing electrical issues with our original electrical panel. Due to the high demands of electricity usage, our box had to be updated. Rudy with the Blue man came to our house and gave us a reasonable quote. He was very friendly and took a liking to our dog as well. Once the electrical panel was installed,
his crew also ran dedicated lines to various outlets. Rudy done a walk through of our house making sure power was restored in all rooms and outlets. I cant thank his company enough from the start of the project to the end when it was approved by the county building and safety.

I would recommend Rudy and his crew for all your electrical work.
