We needed some electrical work done at our home, after getting 4-6 estimates we decided to go with Blue Man Electric. We are so happy with the decision. Rudy was on time, professional in every way, cleaned up after himself and even threw in a couple of extras that was not in the original work order. We were off to a great start and it continued throughout the job. Guys are REALLY nice, very respectful, professional and did excellent work. They actually left the work areas WAY cleaner than they were to begin with. We had our whole house rewired some fixtures installed, new switches and outlets and all that with MINIMAL inconvenience to us. Which is pretty amazing considering all the work they did and except for one day when the power was out most of the day to replace the circuit board thingy and bring it up to code. Passed inspections first try.

UPDATE: The city inspector told us it was the 'best job he's seen all week', today's Friday, 'these guys are keepers', he wants to 'add them to his Christmas card list'. See photo.

In September 2014, I was looking for licensed electrical contractor to upgrade the electrical panel in my rental in Long Beach. I spoke to several electricians but they were not accomodating and their price was not reasonable. Luckily, I found Blue Man Electric and spoke with Rudy G. Rudy was very accomodating and made me feel at ease. He explained to me the whole process and he was really helpful. He explained to me that the owner, Robert and his crew are truly professional and are always concern about safety and work quality. These guys were amazing. Rudy and Rigo were beyond professional and truly have a skill for what they do. They never got frustrated or rude about how crazy of a job redoing the 1950's electricity in our dream home was even though it entailed having to rewire two large relay boxes that connected every light switch and wall plug outlet in the house. They also changed every wall plug to 3prong plugs and every light switch to rocker switches since the old ones were touch. It was a huge job that took them about 7 days of work often working 8-10 hours. But other electricians that came out didn't know how to rewire it or wouldn't touch it. We will and have recommended them to people and we will welcome them back for any future jobs in our home.

Rudy of Blue Man electric was truly an awesome electrician!!!!! Rudy and his team of professionals were able to completely rewire my 1630sq ft home in only a matter of days without any major issues. They tackled the project with dead on precision and did a job well done. Rudy was able to swap my old 100 amp panel for an upgraded 200 amp panel for the house and a 50 amp sub panel for the garage which was wired all underground by the way. On top of that Rudy and his crew installed 13 recessed lights throughout the house including the showers. Over 6 outside lights and receptacles were also installed. They also brought my garage wiring and lights up to code for city inspection which passed with flying colors. These guys are awesome, trustworthy and definitely get the job done. They are true craftsmen and are always eager to please and fix anything that is not up to the customers standards. Do not be afraid to ask them to change something because they will be more than happy to do it if it will bring a smile to your face. Prices are reasonable and they dress professional and are very punctual. I will definitely call them for any future projects!

I found an ad for ""The Honest Electrician"" under Heating and Air, so I called and requested a quote to replace some duct work in preparation to sell my home. Rob came out and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate. He talked about customer service and how important it was to be responsive to clients. I set up an appointment to have the work done and took a day of vacation. Rob never showed and never returned my calls. Someone from Blue Man called 3 hours after my appointment and left a message that they could come out a couple of days later, but when I called back a couple of times no one picked up.

Fast reliable service, comes back for anything missed. He is well dressed and his work was done well. We did have a small issue with getting some under cabinet lighting to work, but he stood by it, and fixed it, no problem, no added cost. The electrical work was for a full high end kitchen remodel with lots of added work throughout the house, added lights and switches both new and old work. I would definitely call him again.
