With close to five years at the Irvine Company, I chose to launch this service with a team of trusted experts who focus solely on their respective trades. Being an electrician and skilled in resolving the majority of typical home problems. If the situation escalates, I involve my team of specialists. I collaborate with a qualified electrician, a plumber and additionally a painting specialist who can manage both the painting of your home’s interior and exterior.

This review is for my personal experience with Blue Collars In Orange County regarding their customer service and appointment process. I never received his services so I can't review the work Chris the business owner provides. In December of 2024, my old tv needed to be replaced so I started looking for experts on Yelp. I was contacted by Chris the business owner just before Christmas Day. On 12/25/24, I reached out to Chris and asked for his availability. The job details were to remove a 58"" inch tv and mount a 65"" tv using the same mounting bracket. Level it and connect it. If for whatever reason the mount needed to be adjusted then that would have been another task. Chris assured me that he was going to make it work.
I spoke with him on the phone and specifically told him I needed the job to be completed on 12/26/24 because my wife was leaving for vacation. I was clear with my wishes and the job details. Chris told me he was able to accommodate my request and scheduled me for 12/26/24. He texted me he was to arrived at my home between 6:45am and 7:00am. I had told Chris that I was working graveyard that night but I was okay with the appointment and agreed to the time he provided.
Chris told me the latest he could be at my house was 9:00 am because he had another appointment at 10:00am. I said okay and told him I was going to be home for the set time. I went to work that evening of the 25th and asked to leave my job a couple hours early so I could be home at 6:30am and wait for Chris' arrival. At 6:32am, I sent Chris a text message letting him know I was home and to tell me what time he was going to be there so I could get things ready for him.
At 7:14am I received this text from Chris: ""Hello. I'm going to have to reschedule. I'm too backed up from the holiday. Apologize for the inconvenience. ""
I replied: ""That's too bad, I even took some time off work and left early to be here on time. If I can provide my advice, please manage your workload and appointments better so your customers don't expect you to show up and make others arrangements to be stood up last minute cus it sucks. Have a good day. ""
He replied: ""Again. Apologize. I'm a workaholic... but it was just too much driving today. Just noticed last night. I can get to you anytime Saturday, Sunday or Monday for sure."" ""Just remembered you did mentioned we could reschedule as a last option But if you'd like to book with someone else, no hard feelings. ""
I said: ""I just wished you would have told me last night you couldn't make it so I didn't have to lose time at work because I left early to be here, specially if you knew ahead of time. Of course rescheduling is always a last option but we had the plan for today 645-7am. No hard feelings Chris just asking for some courtesy specially after having agreed. I try to keep my word when scheduling things or showing up on time. In my opinion it's being considerate for others people's time. Imagine we schedule this, you show up to my house. And I text you I can't make it because of whatever .... That's all. Thank you for your time.""
NO REPLY AFTER THAT.
My advice, don't bite more than you can chew. Be considerate for your customer's time and always keep your word. If for some reason something comes up, communication is your best friend.

We needed a TV mounting project after our office moved which was Sunday. Chris was one of the vendors that answered the quotes and we were little hesitant initially because he only had one review but he came out today and finished the job very well. Our office building didn't have AC on during weekend and he worked through the heat. He is a hard worker and he is very good at what he does.

Such a great experience! From start to finish I'm completely satisfied with his service. Chris notified me of his arrival time, AND arrived on time! He was extremely knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I purchased the wrong hardware for my items, and he took the time to go get everything needed to finish the job. He went above and beyond&I highly recommend him!

If you're new to the area & need your TV mounted, I highly recommend Chris & his team. Chris was very professional from the time I had contacted him, till my TV was fully mounted & linked to my WiFi for me to start streaming. Very clean! Wore shoe covers & even vacuumed the area he was working in. 5 stars all the way & will be calling him soon for another TV mount. Thanks CHRIS!!!
