Everyone is busy. It's OK that you'll be late, but at least you should notify me, rather than letting me waiting for an hour without leaving a message. That's called respect to the others.

I hired Jacob to run an electrical for a hot tub, about 40 ft away from the main panel. His quote was competitive, bit higher than other bids but that's understandable as he specializes in hot tub. He did everything up-to code and he was very flexible with my schedule as I had major remodeling going on and he was very considerate to work around my schedule and finish the job in multiple phases. He was open to feedback and even switched out the conduit on my request. He is responsive, dependable and I'd highly recommend him for your electrical needs (esp. hot tub electrical).

Called Jacob to fix a room where the electricity was out. He came in within a couple of hours after the call, diagnosed the problem quickly while explaining what he was doing and fixed it. Was thorough , prompt and easy to work with.
Charged a fixed rate but if he can't fix the problem he doesn't charge anything. Sounds fair to me - will be using again if I need an honest reliable electrician.

He set up my hot tub referred by the dealer. He's a little hard to get a hold of but at the end of the day he did a great job. 5 stars for the work he put in. He works hard and is a nice guy. Very fair charges. Would recommend for your hot tub set ups.
