Had used them before for a few smart switches that were giving me trouble because of the way they had been wired originally. This time, they spent less than 60 seconds in my home. Determined there was no issue, charged me the full amount and left. When I asked if I could at least get them to install another switch since I had already paid for the first hour, but only used one minute of said hour, that request was denied based on the fact that the one hour minimum is only a ""troubleshooting charge"" and is separate from any actual labor. They WILL nickle and dime you for every last penny. If you do choose to use these folks, make sure you have a very, very detailed conversation with them about what you need and what they will charge you so their are no surprises. I won't use them ever again and won't support companies that leverage policies that are anti-customer. Ultimately, that rigidity cost them my future business and loyalty.

Just had my first experience with this ""Blessed"" enterprise. My Tennant asked for help with an HVAC problem. Chris their owner came. He did not solve the problem and would not even provide a quote to finish. When he would not provide an estimate I cancelled his service at his request. Now he thinks he's going to bill my tenant. I am not used to writing blank checks to tradesmen after they have been able to asses the situation. If he carries this further I will take action No wonder his reviews are so low

Just had a ceiling fan and light installed. Brian and Dylan did a great job. Got in and out in under two hours. Highly recommend.

This company is more of a joke than a Blessing! They came out to find the problem to the electric issues in our house and only created more problems and then later say they can't find out what caused them. I have a home warranty and they want me to continue to pay them $75 every time they come out to fix something that they caused or couldn't find the first time. They have been to our home 3 times and we are still having the same electric problems we had the first time they came out!!! I would think twice before you allow these people into your home to fix anything because they seem clueless when it comes down to real electrical work!!!
