I tried to request a quote from this company regarding some electrical work for my spa. I have already purchased the new piece and was interested in an electrician replacing the old piece with the new. Without much information, he sent me a 2 word response: ""1 million."" Clearly he does not take his business seriously and is not interested in working with customers in the community.

I called Blake Electric with a possible job, and he answered with a very rude tone of voice, like he was annoyed that I called. I went ahead and requested he look anyway, overlooking the tone. He told me he would come look at my property, and when I voiced my concern that it was getting dark he was very snide once again. He asked me how many bids I was getting, and when I said 3, he said he wasn't interested in my business and hung up on me.
He may do good work, but if someone is this unprofessional from that start, I wouldn't have high hopes for the rest of the job.

I called these guys yesterday morning because the house I just moved into had inadequate outlets. They gave me a price over the phone. And had someone here within a couple hours. He was awesome! Got everything done quickly. Did not make me feel like an idiot for trying to change one of the plugs myself. He even complimented me on my effort. We are moving so stuff is everywhere and tensions are high. He handled it with grace even telling my kids to listen to their Mom as he left. If I ever need an electrician again I will definitely call Blake electric. They were the only company to respond so quickly. I appreciate all the help. Thank you so much for the great service!

This is my friends review.. I recently hired Blake Electric to do an outdoor custom bar project for me in San Leandro. Terry worked on the job personally. He helped me with the design to make my project more functional. In addition to the bar, he laid out several areas for outdoor electricity access. Terry completed my job in one day. From the time he arrived until the job was finished, he worked non stop. Terry did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with how my project turned out. From his craftsmanship to the high quality products he used as well as the price, all were incredible. Blake Electric is a 5 star company and I highly recommend them for any job you may have!!!! So you all say your problem was just a loose wire or bolts ??? Ya, cuz that is what he does. He loosens them, and then gives you his info and waits for u to call him... This has been his trick for YEARS !!!! So if he gives you his info PERSONALLY, its a scam !!!!!

Highly recommend. Terry and his team are pros. They did a large electrical job that required careful planning and prompt service. While working they were meticulous in keeping clean. They would tape the bottom of their ladders, always removed their shoes, and they would take precautions to leave the place as they found it. I would certainly use him again.

Blake was very helpful and prompt. He arrived only one hour after I called...my power was shutting down over and over again. He tightened the main breaker's wires and bolts, they had come loose over time. He explained the problem to me, charged a reasonable price and fixed it immediately. Give them a call. I'm glad I found him on Google.
