I called Blais Electric to do some minor electrical work at our home. I scheduled the work and received phone calls to confirm the job the day before. The electrician was prompt, courteous, efficient and neat. The work was fairly priced. I will definitely use this company again.

This company came to my house did 20 minutes of work and charged me for 1 1/2 hours. After the fact, I was told they start charging for their time when they leave the last job.
The technician was on beach side and came to my house the last call for his day. My house is less then 2 miles from their shop so it's was on his way but yet they charged me for his travel home. RIP OFF ! No more business from me.

What kind of electrician takes brand new light fixtures out of the box and takes labels off them but then does not remove the stickum from the chrome and installs them like that? Without saying anything? So I could have cleaned them at floor level instead of for an hour perched on a ladder with my WD40, rubbing the adhesive off?? What kind? The kind that works at Blais, who also broke the pull cord on my Hunter Douglas blind and didn't tell me. Never again. Dumb as a rock and not someone I want in my home.
