I had a previous electrician come out to fix my issue and they couldn't figure it out. I called Frank and he immediately put me at ease. He said he was going to find the problem and fix it. It was a stressful situation because our equipment wasn't working and we couldn't run our business so it was really good to hear those words.

He checked everything while telling me everything he was doing. He took his time and thoroughly checked all he could. Frank kept his promise and did find and fix the issue.

Frank is amazing! I can't say enough about him. His rates are excellent and we actually haggled over the price. I wanted to pay him MORE! Haha! But he refused.

His customer service is second to none. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was still good and it was.

Trust me when I say CALL FRANK if you have any electrical issues. You will not be disappointed.

Our fridge lost power in the middle of the day and we called Frank. He came over promptly and quickly assessed and fixed the problem and got us up and running before a big night of hosting, so we were relieved he could get things back to normal so quickly. He also noticed some other electrical improvements and safety issues in the house and gave us recommendations for how to get the parts and fix them. Definitely recommended!

I called today looking for someone to check the outlet for my forced air unit. Frank answered and was at my home within hours. While troubleshooting the issue he also found several other areas of old/bad wiring that no other electrician who has worked in that space pointed out. He is excellent at what he does and wasn't going to stop until he found the problem. I have an old house with electrical that most have thrown their hands up at, wished us luck or quoted us for a significant re-wiring. Not Frank. He isolated the short - fixed it and then fixed the other old/bad wiring. He didn't leave until the job was done. I can't say enough about how great our experience was working with Blackstock Electric. The price was more than beyond fair. He was friendly, kind and also cleaned everything up. I will recommend him to everyone I know and he will be the first person I call for electrical work.

Overall Frank from Blackstock Electric Co was excellent. I needed to install a new ceiling fan to replace my old fan that was not circulating enough air to my liking. I called up Frank based on his excellent google and yelp reviews, and boy was I glad I did. We agreed on a set price for the job, and I assumed that the job would take about an hour, two hours max if there were any problems. However, the job took over four hours because one problem after another problem kept popping up causing a typical one hour job to extend to over four hours. Frank remained extremely professional throughout, even thought the job took a lot longer than we both expected. Frank also show his professionalism and ethics when he refused my offer to give him more money because the job had more problems and took much longer to complete than we both expected, saying that we had an agreement and he felt professionally and ethically obligated to live by that agreement. Frank also places doing an excellent job above cutting corners. I would high recommend Frank to anyone looking for an electrician with high standards of excellence, professionalism, and ethics. His prices are also reasonable.
