Overall Frank from Blackstock Electric Co was excellent. I needed to install a new ceiling fan to replace my old fan that was not circulating enough air to my liking. I called up Frank based on his excellent google and yelp reviews, and boy was I glad I did. We agreed on a set price for the job, and I assumed that the job would take about an hour, two hours max if there were any problems. However, the job took over four hours because one problem after another problem kept popping up causing a typical one hour job to extend to over four hours. Frank remained extremely professional throughout, even thought the job took a lot longer than we both expected. Frank also show his professionalism and ethics when he refused my offer to give him more money because the job had more problems and took much longer to complete than we both expected, saying that we had an agreement and he felt professionally and ethically obligated to live by that agreement. Frank also places doing an excellent job above cutting corners. I would high recommend Frank to anyone looking for an electrician with high standards of excellence, professionalism, and ethics. His prices are also reasonable.

Frank was great. We previously had two electricians come out who couldn't figure out the issue (we had two outlets that didn't work intermittently). Ends up there was a loose neutral wire somewhere in the old house - and he wouldn't give up until he found the loose neutral, including a visit to junction boxes in our attic. He wore a mask the entire time.

I was looking for an electrician, so I went over to my neighbors house since he is doing a full-on remodeling to his house. He recommended Frank and gave me his number and told me to call him right there on the spot. So when I called, Frank was busy but answered his phone immediately and both my neighbor and I spoke to him about what I needed done. Franks response was that as soon as he's done with his task, he would be right over. And he was!!! I explained all I needed done and he explained to me what he needs to do in order to get the job done. Explained everything so clear and quoted me a reasonable price and said he could start the next day, which he did. He worked all through the time he was here until he completed the work. He cleaned up after himself like he wasn't even here. I highly recommend Frank, he's a very down to earth gentleman, reasonable and trustworthy.

He picked up the phone right away and I explained my electrical issues to him. He proceeded to ask questions and offered to come right away. Once he arrived he went to work and started troubleshooting inside and outside of the house. He was in the attic and checking fixtures in the home. He is a master at his craft and he doesn't give up until he figures out what the problem is. He is a very honest man who explains everything to you before he does it. He is affordable and is not out to rip you off like some electricians. He was able to fix my issue and also informed me of other things that may need to be addressed.
