I called for help with a garage door problem. I had paid a garage door company to fix a garage door and after they left nothing worked a few days later. The Garage Door company wouldn't even come back to check their work and told me I needed an electrician.
Being very frustrated with that company I called Black Out Services. Mel came by and found and fixed the issue in 10 minutes and were so professional and polite. They didn't even charge me for their time. I an extremely pleased and appreciative. What great human beings, hard to find, I highly recommend this company. They do a person Right and Beyond!.

Great communication from the owner to discuss the problem and schedule. The electricians who came out were knowledgeable and attentive. They took care of multiple issues with light switches and circuit breakers, everything is working great now. They even cleaned up the dust from the outlets! The whole job was done at a fraction of the price quoted by other electrical services, too.

Great work by both the owner and his apprentice. They were very well priced and beat the quote from ABC by a long shot, and offered a veteran's discount which is much better than ABC which offered zero discount, even for a disabled veteran. I'd recommend these guys any day.
