Another excellent experience with Kristine and Manny. We lost partial power to our house and called and were able to schedule an appointment right away. The team at Black Bull are always safety conscious. Manny ensured that everything was working before he left. He is always helpful and answers any questions a customer has. I wanted to support my community by hiring a local electrician. I called the number and spoke with a very nice lady, she scheduled a visit to give me an estimate. The day of meeting I waited for a few hours and never received a call, I texted her and she said the electrician was stuck in traffic, she asked if she could give me a quote off of google maps...I replied sure. Never heard back from her...
I figure I lucked out, imaging if they cant show up to do a quote, and don't even bother to reply...glad I didn't hire these folks.

After having such a good experience with these guys in the past, I'm surprised how terrible my second experience with this company has been. They were over two hours late without giving me a heads up -- I had to check in with them about why no one ever came after they missed their appointment window. When they did arrive, the foreman of the crew called himself a Lyft and left after about twenty minutes. He did not come back to supervise his guys actually doing the job. The guys then broke my sink to an unusable extent and are telling me they couldn't have done it because they have a picture of the crack (which they took after they broke it - their pic is timestamped forty minutes after they started work.)

You should probably call somebody else.

If I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately the person I spoke to on the phone should never have a job working directly with people. I had someone scheduled to come to by house later today, I suddenly received an estimate without checking out the property or asking for further details. So when I called and asked how I got an estimate, I was presented with attitude being told "" I don't know how this works"". Yes, this is definitely not a good fit me nor should be for anyone for that matter. Whoever answers your phone should be trained on how to speak to customers. I pray you learn some kindness and customer service.
