I reached out to them for a visit and en estimate. They said they would be here between 1 and 3. I waited... until 3. Nothing No word. Then I texted them. They wrote back ""Oh, he broke down and is waiting for AAA, sorry!"" so... okay, I rescheduled for Friday, same time: between 1 and 3. Nothing. Finally I got the dispatcher, or someone, claiming she 'thought' the guy was on his way. When I pressed her on why she didn't ensure he made it on time (remember, this is the second time in a row someone didn't show up), she got defensive, told me she had walking pneumonia and that I should treat her better. Read that last sentence again.

After asking around, it seems they do this now and then. I was also told that the top two reviews are bogus reviews from 'friends' who are helping to offset bad reviews. Seems about right.

I've used BK for two big jobs: re-wiring my entire attic, and laying electrical conduit in my backyard. They've been so solid with their responsiveness and work ethic. Enrique is an amazing electrician and down to problem solve. And I can't find any other electricians that hook up the price like these guys do. Highly recommend.

they were the first respond to my job post & they followed up with a call. I sent photos & got a fair quote over the phone from the tech. they scheduled the service call promptly & 2 guys showed up to do the job (change dimmer switches & replace a transformer for display cabinet). the guys did the job in about an hour & they cleaned up after themselves.
I was very pleased with BK & will definitely recommend them to others needing electrical work.

I needed someone to come out quickly after an electrical short caused a fire. BK responded quickly to my inquiry on yelp. And got someone to my home the next morning at 7 AM. I always expect workmen to be late but they got there at 7 AM on the dot. I got a quick thoughtful evaluation to my problem and a fair price for a repair. They were in and out quickly, and the work looked amazing. I am a stickler for quality work and felt great about what they did. I highly recommend this company.

I had four different companies come out to give quotes on adding an electric outlet for an induction oven. BK Electric was the fourth company and offered to get the job done for the cheapest by far. When I was ready to move forward, they were at my house 24 hours later. They also let me know about another issue they noticed unrelated to the job, which was helpful info. Overall I'm really pleased at how it all turned out, shoutout to this business.

The team at BK was great. We had a laundry list of things we needed to fix with our old house, and they spent time to troubleshoot them with us and find solutions that would be smarter and save us money. They also identified a potential hazard with an old sub panel that another electrician didn't even notice. Beyond that, their estimate for service was about half of what we were quoted by the other electricians. We will 100% be using them again! Thanks guys!
