Thank you so much for your quick and efficient services! I called Bit Electrical on Tuesday and explain the issue to Sergey he told me to try a few things but I couldn't get it to work. He said he will stop by tomorrow which was Wednesday. He came at 10 like he said and he fixed my electrical issue with no problem. We have had a couple of electrical issues that needed to be addressed. I called Bit Electrical out of a Diamond Certified book that I had. Sergey, the owner was very responsive and got right back to me. He came out within a few days. We went over everything and he made a couple of suggestions that made sense since he was going to be here. Work was agreed to as time and materials. On the day of repairs, Sergey came out with his guy and showed him everything. Work was done efficiently and care was taken to cover up counters and floors. Sergey himself came back for a fan/ vent replacement that needed two men to do. When the original guy had to leave at the end of the day, others guys were right here to take over and finish the job so they didn't have to come back. So happy I found Bit Electrical!

I was in a panic when our power went out and the main circuit breaker switch broke. Sergey came quickly (about 15 minutes) and was able to track down the part, replace some wires, and fix everything quickly. That was a big load off my mind!

I'm so relieved that I found an electrician contractor so understating, fair and informative about an issue I had with PG&E. PG&E snapped my weather line cable and opened a whole can of worms when I found out that I had to find a electrician by myself to fix it and upgrade my electrical panel. Serge came same day to give me a reasonable quote. Not only the quote was fair but he was understanding and very confident about his work. Did I mention this company is Diamond certified! Super happy with my decision to go with Bit Electrical. My uncle made the mistake of shutting all the power out in our house and we had no idea how toack on. It was very important to me that I find a licensed electrician, not just an ordinary one, and one that could come on the same day. He literally got here in FIFTEEN MINUTES from my phone call and fixed our problem. He was also very polite!

Serge's crew did an awesome job to update our living room. They installed recess lightings and a chandelier for us. The crew was courteous and professional. There was a mishap with one of the light, but Serge took care of it promptly. I am totally will recommend Serge to anybody
