What a great experience!! I have a brand new home, and I contacted the original electrician to add some outlets in my garage to power some shop tools. They couldn't take the work, but sent me to Bippen. From the start, the communication has been top notch - quick responses, regular follow ups, and always courteous emails and phone calls - Karen is great. Today, Todd came out first thing in the morning as promised (after calling me and telling me he was on the way). When he arrived, he listened to my requirements, offered options, and even checked out my shop tools to make sure the solution would work. He then talked me through everything he did - his work was neat, professional, and perfect - he went so far as to put a level on the outlet box before installing it as well as carefully ensuring both outlets were aligned. He had everything he needed to do the job, and it was brand new, out of box equipment: Romex, outlets, outlet covers, and breakers. Everything worked perfectly and he put in two boxes in an hour, allowing me to get back to work before 9:30. I can't say enough good things about Todd, Karen, and Bippen Electric. If I ever need anything in the future, they will be my first call.
