I have used Bill a few times and he has done a fair job but each time he had to return because the fixtures did not work correctly. It may take a couple phone calls to get him back out to make the adjustments. Also do not pay him in advance because he won't come back out and finish the job you've already paid him for. Bill does not always show up for scheduled appointments. Our last appointment I confirmed with him three times. He finally showed up 5 hours late after me phoning him several times to see when he was going to arrive. Also if you hire him make sure to schedule extra time because he talks more than he works. I've found a new election and won't be calling Bill again.
