Bill was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and timely. He helped us install can lighting throughout our house and power for our fancy smart toilet as well as replaced all our outdated outlets to make sure they are safe for our kids. He gave great advice about what products to use and areas to save money. I highly recommend Bill Smith Electric!

I didn't meet Bill, but his technician Chad was excellent. Chad showed up on time, was super professional and respectful of keeping things clean and doors closed (for the cats). He efficiently got the floodlight/camera installed and waited to make sure it was working correctly and angled how I wanted it. Would definitely call this company again.
Only potential drawback for someone else looking to hire them for a small job like mine: it took a little longer to schedule than I'd hoped (only one week, not actually a long wait), and Theresa was great at calling to coordinate.

I don't like people who can't keep their word.
Was busy. Said would call last Monday to look at our problem.
A call to me was never made.
Don't waste your time with this guy. My mom, R.I.P. , used him in the past and so did the rest of my family.
Not after this situation. He and his office manager don't have a heart, just like his good friend at Tim's heating-another beauty. Tim would have rather let my mom die in 90 degree temperatures than come out and help. WHY?
Because my poor frail and sick mom yelled at him. She wouldn't have hurt a fly.

We needed two light fixtures fixed. Both seemed to have shorts and replacement may have been needed. Left a message and was finally called the next day by a woman who seemed skeptical that we knew what the problems were. She said she would have Bill call us but said she did not think he would fix lights! Bill never called. Now we are searching for another electrician. We are really missing our old electrician - who retired.
