We are giving our kitchen a face lift and with that needed some electrical work done. We had a guy come out to look at what we wanted and asked for a quote.
He said before leaving he was going to put some numbers together and email us the quote- never happened, he stood us up! I'm putting this review in bc they wasted our time and it seemed like the guy was into helping us and being on the same page for what we wanted. He also said he would give us the info before x date, never followed up to that, even after calling him saying that he would send it over the weekend. Come Monday morning- nothing!
If you want to waste your time and follow up to them (should be the other way around) call these ppl, if you want someone to show action to their words- go find someone else.

In a time where it is hard to book an electrician, David at Biggs got back to me quickly and scheduled me for the next day. They solved the problem and the price was good. Would recommend.

So far great! Had some prior electrician mess up a change from a 3 to 4 prong dryer outlet conversion. Biggs was quick to respond and got in to diagnose and fix the problem first thing the next morning. Professional, timely & thorough. Will use again.

I had an appointment scheduled with Biggs. The day and time came and went without so much as a call. About an hour after our scheduled time, I called Biggs to see if they were delayed or needed to re-schedule. Still not heard back from them. I wish I could agree with the other reviews about the quality of the work, but being a no-show is a big NO-NO.

Best electrician I've ever used. Very courteous on site and attempted to troubleshoot prior over the phone prior to sending a tech to save me money! No need to shop around. Highly recommend!

David was amazing. I called him at 8 in the morning and by 3:30 he's got me fixed and found the issue and replaced the plug. not only was he accommodating to my work schedule, he was very polite, Price was a little more then I expected but it was well within reasonable. I would definitely call on his company again.

Called yesterday to get help with a lighting problem and David
said he would be here today at 8:30am and I said that would be super.
He arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed in 10 minutes.
Then he went with me to Lowes to show me the light bulbs I needed
and when we returned home he finished his work and only charged me for
one hour; fee was VERY reasonable compared to others I called.
He is a very pleasant person and now I will only use him for all of electrical
needs!
Would give him a 6 star rating must must only use 5.

I'm giving 5 stars to this company, had nothing but a great experience. Marco and Justin came to my residence and fixed a minor electrical issue I had. Both were very professional and precise. I have not had any issues sense they resolved it. Thank you Biggs electric anytime I need any more electric services I will be calling those 2.
