I should have written this review months ago because they have been out to my house three times already and today will make the fourth time. I am so pleased with the work they have done and the customer service I have received. Their price far exceeds any of the electricians that I called to get a quote for and their work is superb!
Derek always emails me immediately with a quote or to answer my questions and I will recommend them to anybody who needs an electrician!

Georgia Power came out to my house as they had a ""hot meter"" reading. It was late in the day (430p) when they informed me it the meter block had melted and needed to be repaired before power could be restored. I immediately began calling electricians and ran across Big Frog on Yelp. Was I lucky. Not only did James at Big Frog call me back promptly he had Derrick at my home within the hour. By 730p my power was back on! Derrick did a great job of repairing the block at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend the folks at Big Frog.

As a new homeowner, what a breath of fresh air to find electricians who are honest and willing to charge fair and reasonable prices for work done! James was able to fix a potentially dangerous issue with a light fixture from the previous homeowner very quickly. Additionally, where I had received quotes and fear instilled feedback before on replacing my electric panel, James told me exactly what needed to be replaced, and what didn't...he was very transparent and honest which I appreciated. Overall very professional guy and great work!! I'll definitely call them again.

Derrick with Big Frog Electric came over to install a power outlet for our flat screen tv so we didn't have cords running willy nilly above the fireplace. He was very professional, did the work carefully and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Fabulous! We just moved to the area, and needed a few things done at the house. Called another company, who quoted changing a dryer chord for a hefty fee!!! So I returned to Yelp, and found Big Frog Electric! So happy I did! The first guy I talked with was very friendly, and said they could be out the next day. Derek called the next morning, asking if my scheduled allowed him to move the appointment an hour earlier. (Great!) He arrived on time and is a very nice guy; he's friendly, respectful and knowledgable. He got the job done, made sure it worked, and charged me less than half!! He gave me his card so I could contact him again if anything else came up. I asked for 3 more cards to give to my friends that are also moving here for corporate relocation. Will certainly call Big Frog Electric again! My overall impression, they are a very down to earth, fair, honest, qualified company! Thank you Derek!!

Awesome service and reasonably priced! I called Big Frog Electric yesterday when several areas in our house lost power. James, the owner, recommended that I call the power company first to check if the issue was outside since that would be free before they came out. I called GA Power, they came out without an hour and they confirmed that it was indeed an issue within our house. My husband called Big Frog back and they were able to come out right away and diagnosed the problem very quickly. They replaced a faulty outlet that could have started a fire. While they were there they also fixed our kitchen light ballast which had been causing us some issues lately as well. Highly recommend you call them if you're in need of an electrician!

We had a circuit breaker go bad causing the air conditioner to stop. I called Big Frog at 1pm and they were able to get someone out within a few hours. It took him about 45 seconds to fix the problem!
