We used this company to replace ballast in our warehouse lights. Courteous and prompt initially they completed everything except one fixture that was blocked by our pallet rack. When leaving we were advised to clean out that area to allow access and they would return and complete this job. That's done and now three calls with no response, guess they aren't coming back.

I set an appointment with Alan from Big Frog Electric for 10am to install a 70"" tv (to which I have the email to prove the time) I waited until 10:30 before contacting him by text. He said his technician would call. At 11am I still hadn't received a call. I texted Alan again he said he would figure out his technicians eta. I never heard back. I texted Alan saying I couldn't wait any longer. Alan finally called me to say his technician was held up on another job but he could send someone new in about half an hour. That would have been TWO HOURS after our scheduled appointment. I said no thank you, that their customer service has been terrible. However, about ten minutes later I contacted him again asking if he would send his guy and install the upstairs tv at no additional charge to make up for the inconvenience. He said his technician had been sent out already. Stay far away from this company!

I have used Big Frog several times for something as small as adding an outlet to as large as replacing my entire panel. Every time, they come on the day they say they will, do a good job, charge a fair price, and are polite and friendly. There is never any bait and switch. the price quoted is always the price and the work is of high quality. I wish all companies were this honest and helpful.

I should have written this review months ago because they have been out to my house three times already and today will make the fourth time. I am so pleased with the work they have done and the customer service I have received. Their price far exceeds any of the electricians that I called to get a quote for and their work is superb!
Derek always emails me immediately with a quote or to answer my questions and I will recommend them to anybody who needs an electrician!

Georgia Power came out to my house as they had a ""hot meter"" reading. It was late in the day (430p) when they informed me it the meter block had melted and needed to be repaired before power could be restored. I immediately began calling electricians and ran across Big Frog on Yelp. Was I lucky. Not only did James at Big Frog call me back promptly he had Derrick at my home within the hour. By 730p my power was back on! Derrick did a great job of repairing the block at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend the folks at Big Frog.

As a new homeowner, what a breath of fresh air to find electricians who are honest and willing to charge fair and reasonable prices for work done! James was able to fix a potentially dangerous issue with a light fixture from the previous homeowner very quickly. Additionally, where I had received quotes and fear instilled feedback before on replacing my electric panel, James told me exactly what needed to be replaced, and what didn't...he was very transparent and honest which I appreciated. Overall very professional guy and great work!! I'll definitely call them again.
