Big Frog electric did a great job on my projects; I needed a kitchen light, a ceiling fan light kit and an outdoor flood light installed. The technicians, Marco and Jared, arrived promptly, were very nice and courteous, worked quickly and did a terrific job all at a reasonable price.
I also want to praise their manager, Alan Aboshamaa. He was my initial contact and freely offered his assistance and advice in selecting the correct devices to purchase. He was extremely nice and courteous. I will absolutely use them if I have further projects and would highly recommend them without reservation for anyone needing electrical service.

We have used big frog for several years. We have usually had a very good experience. This time we had a terrible experience and won't be using them again. They came out to assess the situation, said they'd need just over a week to come out to complete the job. It's triple digit temps and it's our pool that's out of commission. we can't get the pool fixed until the electric work is done. They scheduled a time to come out and then just didn't show. Four hours later we got a call saying the guy can't make it and it's going to be another 10 days. Not even a sorry. So much for an 11 year customer. I get that construction and all that goes with it is booming now, but loyalty used to count for something.

We have used Big Frog several times, and they never fail to come through. This time, it was upgrading a circuit and plug for a new range, with limited access through walls and ceiling. They showed up when they said that they would, and kept the disruption to a minimum. Their price was lower than most any other estimate that I received, and when we ran into an issue with a drainpipe being in the way, they had a plumber out in 2 hours to fix it. Fantastic work, great price, and very professional.

Very reasonably priced. Very efficient. Great work when they arrived and so pleasant. Cleaned up after themselves and were helpful in advising what we needed. Would have been nice if they were wearing masks in the current environment (I did). But we now have a new electrician!

Quick, great work and at a fair price!
In the past 3 years we've started 3 major construction projects and in all that time, with all those contractors!, this is the first time we've seen anyone will all 3 aspects. They're usually quick and cheap but it won't be good work. Or do a good job at a competitive price but you'll be living in drywall dust for the next 18 months just to get a fan replaced. These guys are legit! I'm keeping them around

We had Big Frog come into our new house to do a variety of work all in one day. Each of the employees were friendly and professional. They did great work and did it all efficiently. They gave us an estimate prior and the completed job cost exactly what I expected. The only thing that kept it from 5 star was the trash left behind. The old outlets were left laying out in several spots. Overall though we were really happy with the work they did.
