We recently used Dee and his team to add a bathroom and make other upgrades in our house in Fremont. We are very impressed by the results.

Dee was prompt during the initial visit, and gave a clear estimate of the cost and timeline. After we decided to proceed with the work, Dee and his team created the drawing and worked with the city to get all the required permits. Dee and his team are very professional, showed great attention to detail, and the constructed bathroom looks a lot nicer than the rest of the house :).
Dee also pointed us to other repairs which we had missed in the house. For example, the electric panel in our house was old and was a fire hazard. Dee replaced it and also added recess lights in the entire house. Dee's team is also very honest and provided us with upfront estimates for all the additional work. Dee's crew also took care of cleaning the house thoroughly after the work.

Even though it was a major remodel, Dee's team made the whole experience very pleasant. We look forward to working with Dee on future projects.

Amazing work! No cutting corners for any of the work they do, I may not catch something that's out of line, however Mandeep won't. When you hear people talking about taking pride in their work, this team actually takes pride in their work and go above and beyond. Well priced, have an eye for quality, and get everything done in a timely fashion. The best part, you tell him what your budget is and let him go to work for you, if he can't do it, then you get the answers right there and then, no beating around the bush and no slacking. I wouldn't have anyone else in my properties but Mandeep and his team. Thank you!!

I wish I could give Mandeep and his crew more than 5 stars here on Yelp! Loved the hard work, passion and dedication this guy has. He was a pleasure to work with! He is very fair, honest and upfront about what everything is going to cost right on the spot.

I had him remodel my garage and told him I needed everything completed in 5 days as I was having family over for the Holidays. This included a fair amount of demo work, putting up new sheetrock, insulating the walls, priming, painting, new electric outlets, framing, reframing my side door, etc. He had his morning and night shift crews working around the clock getting the job done on time. So many other contractors end up taking longer than they originally estimated getting a job done, but not Bhogal Brothers. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and completed the job on time with excellent craftsmanship!

Couldn't be happier with the results. My garage is now the man cave I always wanted! Loved the epoxy coating he recommended on the floors! I look forward to working with him on future house projects.

Bhogal Brothers Construction did a great job on our new home. We needed to get recessed lights put in and Mandeep was extremely quick in scheduling the job and did it exactly how we wanted it to be. He co-ordinated with the other contractor who was taking down the acoustic ceiling and made sure the job was done well and in time. He was able to make changes the way we wanted to and offered valuable suggestions.

I would absolutely recommend Mandeep and his crew and would totally use them again.

Dee and his crew tore out an existing bedroom in our house, and took care of the significant structural changes the job required. His crew's work was excellent, with a good eye for detail, and communication and coordination with him was extremely easy.

Although the overall price ended up being significantly higher than we expected, the final product showed the quality I've heard about. From start to end, he himself was always on site working and supervising the work going on. He was always available to talk on the phone -- evenings and weekends too -- and communicated quite well over text messages.

He's definitely open to changes as he goes, and doesn't nit pick over the finer cost details -- but on the other hand, there isn't much paperwork to document price and scope changes as the project goes on. The agreements were pretty much verbal/text message based. We didn't have any issues arise, but the possibility of miscommunication is there.

They definitely have an eye for detail, and go the extra yard to put in high quality, top-of-the-line materials without asking. The seams between the existing ceiling and the newly installed ceiling are non-existent. The match between the original hardwood floor and the installed patches is excellent. Overall, the work they did looks like it was the original construction and not a remodel.

One thing to keep an eye on is that, with a 5-man crew, these guys work fast. So if something isn't done right or needs adjustment, you definitely want to be around to point them out and have it corrected before its too late.

One last thing -- and from what I hear this is pretty typical of contractors in this area -- is that you start off with an agreed upon price for an agreed upon scope of work, but for anything outside of that scope (which there inevitably is), you don't really know what the final price will be until after its done.

Overall, I highly recommend Dee and his crew. I'd definitely use him for future jobs!

Called up the Bhogal Brothers and they helped me out with some cabinets in our office.

Biggest thing was that the job turned out to be a lot more extensive and customized than initially expected/quoted. But they stayed and got the work done which can't be said for a lot of contractors.

Bhogal Brothers Construction does really great work. I had them remodel my kitchen a few years back and I was very impressed... So I used them again now that I bought a new house and needed some remodeling work done. They remodeled 2 bathrooms, including a massive remodel of our master bathroom which included tearing out everything including many walls and making new ones. They did a great job and made everything look beautiful and modern.

They made new banisters for the whole house that look really great... The tile work they did looks amazing. They painted the entire interior of the house also, and my wife and I are extremely happy with how it turned out. They did probably a dozen other things all around our house and everything was done with great quality and craftsmanship.

In the past I've used some handimen here and there to get some cheap work done... But using Mandeep and his crew makes a world of a difference. They're reasonably priced for the satisfaction you'll get with the results.

Since we were so happy with how they did, we're already starting some new projects with them including exterior painting and splitting our old style garage to have to individual roll ups.
