If it were possible, I'd give 6 stars to Mkhitar (he says we can call him Mike).

He installed a dishwasher and disposal in my house. It required cutting out cabinets, running new hoses, and going to the store to buy parts that I had neglected to provide. Mkhitar asked all the right questions and was able to complete the project quickly. He went above and beyond which is why I'm more than happy to pay for his time and expertise.

Amazing value. Will be calling him again next time I need help!

He moved a shed for us and reassembled it very quickly! Then built a wooden base at the new place since the ground was uneven. He did a good job!

We hired Mkhitar to do a variety of mirror / shelf hanging and cabinet repair jobs. He was very responsive, communicative about any delays, and mostly, did a very thorough and accurate job. We love how everything is looking and working. Would hire him again!

Mike was very responsive, came to give a free quote and was able to get the work done the next week. He installed shelves/hanging bars in two closets. They turned out great! We would definitely use Mike again in the future.

I would not recommend hiring them. They came to install a butler door, with plenty of details beforehand about the specifics of the job. They were rushing the whole time as if they wanted to be done as fast as possible. As you can see in the photos, the work is very sloppy, they had to cut probably overall less than an inch off the bottom of the door and the cut is messy and uneven and it splintered the bottom of the door. When they were ""done"", it wasn't hanging straight, and when I asked for them to straighten it, he faulted the door frame, and I had to gently insist until he did it. The screws connecting the hardware to the floor are all in at completely crazy angles and most of them are totally stripped. I need to remove the door again to fit a fridge through and the stripped screws are posing an issue. They also didn't add the covering plate to the door saying it wouldn't fit, and I put it on later myself. They left Sharpie stains on the door and the door frame. Not only that, they didn't throw away the trash, sweep well, nor put back the heavy original door they looked at for reference.

I feel bad leaving one star because he didn't break the door or something, so since he DID the job, just not well at all, I'm leaving 2. I am a very easy going person, but this was just not an acceptable experience. And they weren't even friendly.

Mkhitar works fast and diligently, ensures that the job is done right. Unfortunately, there were some delays pertaining to a previous project that was not completed, but he was always communicative and ensured that he will get the job done, no matter what. I appreciate his work ethic and good work. Thank you!

Mkhitar was totally amazing handyman work. Setup my LED light in a jiffy. Came to check it, gave me a quote, returned the next day, and finished it! Easy!

This Handyman lives up to his name! Friendly and responsive, ready to tackle a wide variety of projects at a good price. Handled drywall repair, tile repair, refrigerator repair, cupboard repair and some hardcore deep cleaning all in one day. Give him a shot!

Very friendly, showed up on time, very respectful and also went out of his way when we did not have the correct part made a run to Home Depot and got what we needed. Did not over charge and the work was done in a timely manner I would definitely hire them again!!!

I called him out to provide an estimate for an elderly client who lives in Atwater Village and was needing help with a tenant's unit. He arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon and we soon found out that she had contacted another handyman to take care of the work. Mhkitar was so understanding, patient and professional. I think other less upstanding people would have reacted this way. He was gracious and also offered a recommendation to another handyman who does work closer to where I live. I will definitely reach out to him should I have any work to be done in that area.
