Absolutely terrible experience. Booked an appt for tile installation several days ahead of time. Called out of work so I could stay home the day of. The morning of our scheduled appt - over an hour goes by, no one shows up. I finally messaged this ""friendly handyman"" and was told it wouldn't be happening after all, but maybe next week. This after waiting all morning, until noon.

I'm not sure how one can run a business this way, but I certainly can't call out of *my* job for two separate days. Really unprofessional and disappointing, I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you want to deal with someone who values your time.

Highly recommend these guys! Mike responded immediately and sent Artur who was awesome. He helped me with lots of tasks building my wardrobe, changing my light fixtures and a bunch of other odd jobs -- he even helped my movers with a heavy travertine table. Very happy with the whole experience.

We needed some carpentry repair work done on our front door's frame. Mike responded to our inquiry very quickly and came out to assess the job and give us a price. His quote was reasonable and his employee could start right away, so we hired him. Arthur came out the next day and worked his heart out in the middle of a heat wave. He was very meticulous, a real craftsman who takes pride in his work. We were very happy with his workmanship and would hire Friendly Handyman again.

My refrigerator collapsed and literally fell forward on a Sunday (during Labor Day Weekend). There was no one available to work but Friendly Handyman. They picked up my call and were super responsive coming within 1.5 hours.

I had Arthur help me who went above and beyond standing my fridge back up, screwing it in place and setting a proper mount to help me. Arthur was patient and helped with everything that I pointed out.

I appreciate the Friendly Handyman for being so responsive and friendly when everyone else was closed and coming so fast to fix my fallen fridge!

I definitely will be calling them again if anything happens!

If you need a handyman, hire Mike!!! You will not be disappointed. I reached out to Mike yesterday to replace a door. He got back to me right away and gave me a very specific estimate / breakdown of expected costs. He showed up today when he said he would and worked over 3 hours. He took a scrape of the paint on the door, took it to Home Depot, and matched it. He purchased a door but then had to do sawing to make sure the door fit (it was not a normal door size). By the time he replaced the door, I swear it looked nicer than the original door! He was careful to get the doorknob that would match the others ... Oh, and it is a perfect fit. It is smooth opening and closing. He also worked so hard, nonstop. I recommend him without hesitation.
