I love that Tyler knows what he is doing. Not all electricians can claim that. Reading other reviews about scheduling- I understand that he is busy and he is trying to make it work but for me- reliability and quality of work is more important than scheduling, especially when it comes to electrical work. I had a bunch of ever changing work (since I was in the middle of a remodel) - he came out multiple times for quotes and finally finished the job that I asked with good quality. Meanwhile, some of my other contractors removed a panel from my electrical box to get a paint match and I blamed tyler for it. He didn't think he and his team would do it but he agreed to work with me to get it fixed. When my painters brought the panel back, I realized that from the camera recording (camera that was installed by Tyler). I appreciated that in the uncertain situation- he was willing to work with me. Also, no issues with the work he did. I am looking to hire him again for more work.

We had to install a video doorbell and floodlight camera. Reached out via yelp for a quote. Tyler was quick to respond, came the next day and gave quotes which were better than others I had received. He was responsive after that when I had to schedule the appointment and coordinate the follow-up. He showed up on time, was professional and did a good job. Will use his services again if needed in the future

Tyler and Chris are good reliable electricians. We had them put in 2 outlets, 3 ethernet ports, 3 light fixture boxes. They were always on time and called when they were on their way. We also lucked out and were able to get an appointment the following week. They were both nice to work with and explained everything they were doing. Tyler also has an impeccable memory. We explained the whole job and without writing anything down, he sent us a very clear proposal and knew exactly what the job was and was able to walk Chris through it, without us having to explain again. Tylers clear understanding of the job shows his experience in the field. I highly recommend his business.

We had better electric do 4 recessed lights in our office space. Tyler's bid came in significantly lower than competitors and was able to do the work within our timeframe as well. Chris was very professional and had the job done in a single evening. Would recommend!

Project including installing 10 recessed light and 2 ceiling lights in kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Tyler came with his crew (Chris) on time, super respectful and attentive to detail. After a quick walk through together, which was very engaged, Tyler was not shine to offer his expertise and suggestion (ie. What to put or demo, one switch vs two switch's, what will happen to my wall LoL).

After the walk through, 2 ceiling lights was deemed to be out of scope because I changed my mind, he offered pricing on the spot, which show his willingness to meet all customer needs, the pricing were very competitive and very reasonable. He went out to Home Depot bought the equipment to fulfill the out of scope request.

Come on that had to be more than 5 stars. He is honest, him team and him completes the project in 8 hours due to how they are well prepared and talented.

Given he owns the company, i am impressed how well he ran it. I feel ""fornaute"" to work with Better electric. I'm a very picky customer too

when project conclude, we are all happy to see so many new lights, my condo built in 70s use to have no lights in bedroom. Another star he is able to conquer the challenges to install lights for the first hand.

Thinking I shouldn't even be writing this review now, to keep Tyler to my future projects. But quality work and experience overcome my selfishness as there should be well deserved praise!

I hired Tyler to install a 14-50 NEMA outlet in my garage for my EV to charge. He was responsive, simple, reasonably priced, and finished the job in very good time. I had a last moment change in my schedule and he easily accommodated by swapping my appointment with some others. Really happy with the experience. Will be able to test it out next week when my car arrives.
