After the hurricane we were left with a mess of electrical work they not only got everything fixed but worked in a timely manner... we're straightforward with pricing ... and we are back up and running !! Thank you beat power solutions !!!!!! You are a godsend

After Milton we had limited electricity. I requested help here on Yelp & Ray responded quickly. I told him the problem & he came to check it out later on that day, which was a Monday. He informed me that it was a circuit breaker in the main box outside & they would need to order the part. Two days later two men from Best Power knocked on my door at 8 am. Neither one spoke English, but thru hand signals & facial expressions we communicated as best we could. They took apart the main box outside to see what the problem was, I guess, & in the process turned off electricity to the neighboring homes. One that works from home on her computer & the other who is handicapped. I communicated with the office & requested that they send the guys a picture that Ray took to show them the bad part. They came inside my house & checked the box there also. Then they told me they were going to Home Depot for the part. A little over an hour later they came back & collected their tools then left. I called the office & they told me that they would have to order the part & it would take 3 to 4 days to come in. This did not make me happy because it went into the weekend & I had to go back to work ! By this time we were down to 2 fans & sometimes lights. No AC ! Monday morning came & I had not heard from them. I called numerous times, several different numbers & left messages on each one. So Tuesday morning I decided to go to their office to find out what was going on & why I was being ghosted. There are 2 addresses listed for them. Both are residential homes, not offices. Of course I didn't approach either home. On my way home I contacted FPL & by they time I got home they were there, checked out the problem & fixed it within a half an hour. Lesson learned ! I'm was saddened by this because when I did spoke to them everyone was so friendly & helpful. Ray & I messaged each other here on Yelp & now the messages are gone. Sorry guys, this is not a way to run a business !

Man these guys saved the day we lost power on half our home and we had to electricians come out and no one can figure out the problem and told us to call FPL , Best power solutions came out the same day at 8 pm at night and fixed the problem with in two hours A.c was back up and running we had power back on the side of the house we lost and Ray and his team were very accommodating and they didn't charge us a service fee nor charge a crazy price for being 8 pm at night I recommend them
