Professional con artists. If you like giving money away for garbage work and paying extra for warranty covered parts and labor so they can collect twice, this is the place for you. I had them replace an AC fan and they wired it backwards. They also wanted to charge over $2000 for a AC compressor which any other company would've happily installed for around $1200 but it turned out to be under warranty anyway and was replaced for free by another company. Best still took me for several hundred dollars. My entire experience was one disappointment after another. Lesson learned, never calling them again. BEST Con Artists in town...

Contacted this company for a down AC. Instructed the tech I heard that AC companies tried to remove R22 Freon and charged ridiculously high prices for a Freon that now has a substitute very cost effective. Instead he went through his sales and ""diagnostic "" test. Explained the unit was going to need $2200 in repairs. He didn't realize we was working on the second unit that runs perfect and then they had the nerve to charge my credit card $90.
Randy from this Compmay is rude. Unprofessional. A cheat a crook and anyone using them should be extra careful. This industry is known for thieves. Anyone letting techs make a commission on selling repair has proven in the area to be unethical and more than likely a means for them to scam customers. I have heard about them but always give the benefit of the doubt. Now I know. They, are crooks.

We are on a maintenance program with best he services and have been very happy with their services. They come out and clean our filters and make sure the ac is working up to date. When we had a minor problem with our unit they came right out. Which was great as I have a newborn!

Best Home Services are far from Best. Called and made appt. for 8am AC tune up. Tech never showed up and I called to make sure I was scheduled. I was told that I was moved to 10-2pm time slot. Told them it would have been nice to have been notified. I thought I would try this company after seeing a coupon. After seeing all of the bad reviews on Yelp, I decided to call my regular AC company and stay away from this one.

Tech asked for well over $300 to install toilet seals that cost about $20. Called it a ""major rebuild"". The only reason I called was due to a recent surgery so I can't do it myself. This is not the first time Best has tried to upsell and price gouge. Won't be calling back. I had a different company come and it was done for $160. I put this review on Google and went to update the true cost of repair and the review I wrote yesterday says it was written 4 years ago. Something very shady here. I recommend Schubert Plumbing. Fast, professional and honest.

My husband and I are real estate investors in South West Florida. Less than 2 years ago Best Home Services installed an HCAV system and Hot Water heater in our property. The AC system failed, which then leaked over and caused the Hot Water heater to fail, dumping 50+ gallons of water in our house.

It took several efforts to receive a copy of the paperwork (3+ calls in), and several attempts to speak with anyone other than a technician or dispatch center. When we did speak with a supervisor, Adam - He claimed that the HVAC tech said we had someone cut the line...We DID NOT! When confronted on this, there was no accountability and he avoided the topic.

Naturally, one would assume that since a hot water heater should last at LEAST 10 years and the cause of damage was the HVAC installation, both of which are under warranty and done by Best Home Services, that the company you trusted with your home would follow through. This is not the case.

Wrong. We are now looking at a 2k+ bill for water restoration and mold removal with ZERO accountability from Best Home Services. Not only are they not taking ownership over their faulty installation, but they have been giving us the run around for over a week, sometimes claiming they will replace everything free of charge to include the water restoration, and then going back on that just a few hours later. Different stories from different people, having to chase down our warranty information for days on end.

Best Home Services should consider changing their name to something more reflective of their quality of work.

If you're looking to flush thousands of dollars down the drain with a side of mold and water damage in your home and a water heater that lasts 1/5th of the time it's supposed to- Best Home Services is the way to go!

As for my husband and I, we will avoid them like the plague and ensure we advise all other homeowners and real estate investors in the area to do the same.

Absolutely by the far the biggest rip off company. They insisted on
Installing Carbon Monoxide detectors when I live in a community with no natural gas whatsoever. They insisted on me purchasing surge protectors and there was no need for that either. When I had them out to replace outlet covers outside they went ahead and performed the work on outlets that are hidden behind bushes or furniture that no ever ever sees.. and Though the guy said he would do them gratis, he charged me for everyone.

I paid for the service with 3 separate checks at the time that I received the estimates. Can't understand why they wouldn't be able to find the info. A year has now pasted since Best sent out their tech. I recently had all 3 units tuned up by a local tech and they are all operating properly. No service was performed on any of the units last year after getting the negative comments from Best. You be the judge.

Put in one toilet and one faucet. Bill was $1506. Total labor time on job two hours and one hour running for parts. Very very expensive Crazy high prices. SHOP AROUND
