Called to get estimate to clean clogged line from master bath. I wanted a hydro flush which roto-rooter did 4 years ago for $286. Quote to clean 1 line that I knew what was wrong, $1130............ OMG, he wore a mask but I didn't see a gun. Well if you join and pay $15 per month we give you 10% discount on any work. Joining only locks you in to their service at exorbitant prices.... shop around.

UPDATE : Roto Rooter updated price $425, I got it done for $385 being past customer and senior. Charge for 1 line but ran 3 lines to be sure I wouldn't have any problems. Job cost me 1/3 of quote from Best. When you see 3 - 4 whole pages in News-Press about Best, Someone is paying to much to allow all those ads. Didn't see all the 1 star reviews till I wrote this review.

All good until it isn't. Have used them for a few years for all our home needs. Had some electrical work done to install a 30 amp outlet to run our Rv. It did not work properly and we made several calls to the manager, leaving messages with no call back. We refused to pay until the job is corrected (which of course it hasn't since no one has returned our calls) and now they refuse to provide further services. Oh well, lots of other companies out there competing for our business!

They came and gave us an estimate to fix our A/C. It was a lie. The guy bent our fan blade telling us there was even more problems. He said there was a dead rodent in the unit and blood everywhere. Which was also a lie. He wanted $10,161.00 to fix it. Lie. We had another guy out her fixed it in 20 minutes and charged us $180.00. Do not us this company. We will be reporting them to the BBB.

They advertised a special online to unclog any drain for $129. I get a text stating they are on the way. Evidently the technician who's name is Billy Davis tells me he can't do it for that price but for $1120.00 he'd do it. This company is a rip off. Beware.

Had them install a new AC system a little over a year ago, after a few return services the system was running decent. However a little over a year later on the 4th of July weekend we noticed we had no air and called them in on the holiday charge since they were the ones to install. Technician called saying he would be there within the hour... two and a half hours later he finally showed up and diagnosed a bad blower. He told us the part was still under warranty however it was still going to be over $800!! For what?! We lost it after the tech said it was only going to take an hour and a half to replace the part. Apparently they charge around $550 an hour for labor plus a fee for processing the warranty! The techs excuse was having to travel to get the part...We got a second opinion and walked away paying $225 flat with All Day Air! When I'm asked for a recommendation for an AC company the first thing out of my mouth will always be DONT USE BEST! They will rip you off without batting an eye.

Quote to fix or replace my AC system was double of all others. Rep knew next to nothing. No interest in fixing it quoted only new purchase. Makes sense because he never looked to see what the problem might be. ""Thank you for coming. Now get off my property"".

never again, techs and installers are decent, but Office employees overall seemed more concerned about collecting payment rather than my satisfaction,I Was lied to numerous times over the phone about arrival time after a new a/c install and unit did not work and had to send out another tech to solve problem. Price was higher than average. I asked for a discount after waiting 24 hours to have a 6 hour job completed and seemed to be ignored. I was happy with installers but not with the liars I spoke with over the phone

So we have used them for a few years, this I can say, they try and sell you something every time they come out. We were under contract and they tried to sell us a new contract. We gave had service contracts with them, but when they say you get 2 service calls a year and they tell you they will call yo setup, it's a lie. We are done with them 2 year contract and not once did they call to setup service. I called to setup service, day came and no one showed up. Called 40 minutes after the window and was told they called to reschedule because tech was just out and did service. They didn't call me I was home waiting on them. The tech came out to clean our line which we had to pay 400 with a contract for.??, what good is the contract. The tech did not do a full service, and so they decided they were not coming. Over a year no service, rip off all the way. Biggest kicker is have more then one service credit and they wouldn't come out. Let's see if they will do anything to fix there horrible service. We are NOT renewing

I called this company to replace an airconditioner I want to give seniors exspecially warning! For almost 2 years been going to battle with this company! Every 2 months my brand new air conditioner broke down Florida you die without air! Each time they came out they added new item I needed pump $500.00 service call anywhere from $19 to $195.00 approx. Every 2 to 3 months break down money charged! My garage ceiling is ruined from over flow sticking my laundry room ceiling ruined from over flow sticking! They always blamed it on something new and charged for something new a scam! Finally they dont answer calls from me! I have disabled brother Mom 88 and a room mate was 91 degrees in house they said 24 hours they will contact me approx. 13 times they were out after putting New airconditioner! Maybe more lost track wrote receipt on paper! Finally after I couldn't stand it anymore called another Company paid $683.00 they fixed the over flow but new one no problems! At first it took 3 times for code enforcement to approve there work wired wrong almost burned house down! This is all true I am a child of God and dont want to see anyone else get burned or hurt by this company! I have several witnesses this is all true! Lots more but to much to write! Had warranty and did not know any better stayed with them so sorry I did!

I work for an honest ac company, Best home services is always over quoting. Anyway I was on a job doing ductwork when the neighbor lady aproached me and asked if i could look at her ac unit that was not getting power. After taking the door off the unit in the attic i found that it was a high voltage wire issue. Bam fires right up im out of the attic in 5 min. after that, the lady tells me that a best tech did not even go up and take a look at the air handler. But he quoted her 5k on a brand new 2 ton bottom of the barrel cheap new system. Mind You this Lady was loosing her hair from Kemo, Hooked up to Oxygen. diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, Best Left this lady with No AC. (She was without AC for weeks) so she said. Top to bottom Best Home Services are BRUNO 2.0 Total greedy scumbags. I charged her a coke and a smile, and gave her a bussiness card. Then went home for the day.
